“The staff at TMobile was fantastic. We walked in as a family of 4 looking for a new carrier and we walked out happy thanks to Joshua. The atmosphere was amazing, friendly, and Joshua was sooooo knowledgeable. Come check them out💜💜💜”

“Got a beautiful new iPhone Air here. Shout out to the staff for going over all the new iPhone options (I didn’t know the Air existed previously) and for showing me every possible financing plan to find one that worked for me. Left same day with a new phone and lifetime warranty screen protector. Excellent customer service! Shout out to Damian, Amari, and Lisa🌟”

“The store manager was so patient and kind to me and my elderly parents. We had to switch out 2 old phones and they had several questions about phones and setup etc and he was wonderful. He did the setup for them and helped them find the better deal without trying to sell us on all these features they didn’t need on a phone. We didn’t feel rushed or that we were holding him up. He was super nice. Wait times I know get long at these stores and it helps if you make an appointment before you go.”

“The more I visit this store, the more it has become my favorite shopping place. They have a great grocery section, pharmacy, eye care (optometrist and eye wear selection). They now have 7 self check out registers plus usually 2 or more manned registers and a separate service desk, away from the registers now, the is so much better than the previous set up next to the check out lines. Very customer friendly store, which has 12 pick up parking slots and also in store pick up at Customer service desk. All their employees have been very helpful and friendly to me. .”
