Instead of telling me there was nothing they could do, the owner went above and beyond. They personally drove to the UPS hub, located my package, brought it back, and changed the shipment to Overnight so it would arrive on time. That level of customer service is incredibly rare these days. They truly cared about helping me and turned what could have been a very stressful situation into a great experience. If you’re looking for a UPS Store that genuinely puts its customers first, this is the place to go. Thank you again for your outstanding service!”

“Friendly staff always smiling and nice, polite, quick. The last time I was in there she mentioned that the place was open for shipping on Sunday, not just the po boxes. Thought great, have to remember that, as busy as things get. Location is easy to find and conveniently located next to restaurants, retails shops and grocery store (do it all in one stop) what more could you ask for? Check out the service for yourself the next time you need shipping or a po box. Oh I forgot to mention they take Amazon returns there as well! Super plus ?????♀️??”

“Always good customer service. Sometimes there is a line but the employees that work there do assist very quickly. So the line usually goes down within 5 to 10 minutes. I've never just had to wait in line over that and they do their best to assist with what they can. They also have a self-service kiosk where you can drop packages off personally myself. I just like to get the receipt so that the company can know that it was dropped off. They usually do print out a receipt at the self-service kiosk”
