“Great service at Hector’s Tires New & Used! They’ve been a great help with tire recycling, allowing me to properly dispose of the tires I collect from my junk removal jobs instead of sending them to the landfill. Reliable, convenient, and professional service. Highly recommend them for new & used tires and tire recycling!”
“I have used different tire vendors over the years and this is honestly the best one. Super attentive and they always pick up the phone. Their warranties are fantastic and their customer service is outstanding!”

“This is one of the best tire shops I’ve ever been to everyone there is courteous. Their prices are good and they take care of their customers and honor their warranties. I’ve been shopping there for 40 years.”
“On the way from Cincinnati to Florida for vacation, our tire blew a belt. 6:00 on Friday night, Gonzalez Tire Shop came to our rescue!!! We were back on the road before they closed for the day at 7!!!. I called a nationwide company first who couldn't help us until Saturday and couldn't guarantee they would have the correct tire in stock. Gonzalez's had exactly the tires we needed. They have a huge inventory on site. We appreciate and recommend this shop.”
“They were so friendly! And fast! I was a bit skeptical because they are Jamaican, but they were very fast and reasonable. I was referred here by Tire South… probably the best thing those people did (at Tire South) LOL
I should have gone to these people 6 months ago… instead of Tire South.
If you’re on a tight budget…. Go HERE! You won’t be disappointed.”
“Great experience with this tire shop! The service was quick, affordable, and hassle-free. The staff was friendly, got me in and out quickly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you need tires or service without spending a fortune. Momoh was amazing and quick when it came to help.”

“A giant bolt lodged in my tire turned into tire hunting . Amigo tires always to comes to mind for my tire needs and the first place I go to for tire services. Went same day and they had a used good tire my size at a great price. Quick and good service!”
“Shoutout to Devin for always looking out! He gave me an amazing deal on my rims and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Great customer service, great prices, and great energy. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to others.”
“I am a difficult customer to deal with. I called up Going to run around from several different rim shops because what I wanted was not conventional. I wanted an old-school hot Rod feel With a new twist, she worked with me, took her time sent me several options. I never even had step foot in the store. The process was seamless. Everything was great if I could give 10 stars, I would.”
“This shop came recommended by an employee of the auto zone in Jonesboro, and I see why! A lot of auto shops see easy money or a sucker when a woman comes in to have something looked at on her vehicle, and when I asked the lady at AutoZone for a recommendation and why, and this is where she sent me!
I have been smelling gas fumes from my car, very strongly, even after having sat overnight and noticed I was going through gasoline quite a bit faster than usual! He got me in quickly, diagnosis of my issue was fast and he took videos to show me what he found and not just allowing me to take this work for it! This is where I will go for any issues with my vehicle going forward! I can’t describe the price that I paid or if it was above or below what I would expect to pay, because I have not paid yet, and I wanted to make sure I got this review of this establishment and the care they took”
“My sister recommended Sumo and needless to say I was very much pleased. He walked out, greeted me and explained exactly what was going on with my tire. He cannot ask for greater service than what he gave.”
“Thank goodness for Abbey Tires! We pulled into Jonesboro with a flat tire due to a poor patch job by Mavis Tires. Had to stay in a hotel overnight, and the next morning, no tire shops had the tire I needed. Abbey Tires went out of their way to go get the tire I needed and replaced it within an hour! The guys were super sweet and very helpful. Great customer service!”
“The owner Dominique has great service, I haven't had a bad experience with him, ever since getting tires from him, and he correct what is wrong if the tires has problems.Thank You D&B”
“Mr. Eric and his son are two of the most caring and hardworking people when it comes to customer service. They go above and beyond to satisfy a customer. A huge thanks to both of you.???”
“First I would like to say, thank you Thierry! Mr.Thierry provided exceptional customer service. I called the day before to get a quote on services needed and the next day my vehicle was at the shop because the quote Thierry provided me with was reasonable and guaranteed. He was very professional and has a great sense of humor. My car was in and out the same day. Thank you to the entire staff. I will be returning when another service and or repair is needed!!!!!!”

“Amazing customer service! The guys here were so helpful and friendly, and my car was fixed in no time. I highly recommend them if you need your car taken care of.”
“The shop was quite busy when I arrived, so I expected delays. Still, they managed customers fairly and kept things moving. My tire replacement was done properly and they torqued the bolts twice before finishing. Reliable work even during rush hours.”
