I came in for a tire repair, but ended up spending more, because I decided to get the recommended work done, which I was already aware that I needed. I had a million questions, and they happily and patiently answered every one. They were very thorough in their responses, and as a customer and a woman who knows little about cars, I truly appreciated that.Also, this location never has me waiting for extended amounts of time, like the dealership does. My repairs took 2 hours, because of all I had done, and I can’t even get an oil change that quickly at the dealership. Even when there are other customers, it never takes long here.
