“In the interest of fairness, I’m giving this store a 9.2 out of 10 on my personal scale.
I recently purchased four new tires for our heavily used family Honda CR-V. The pricing was noticeably better than any major chain I checked, which is exactly what keeps a business like this thriving. The facility was clean, and there were plenty of staff on hand. I only waited about 15 minutes in line before being helped.
The one issue I experienced was that a rookie technician failed to reset the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) sensors. I had to turn around after driving just three miles and return to the store to get it corrected. Additionally, I was never offered wiper blade replacement, even though they carry them and the service is available. It seems the technicians may not be fully familiar with all the add-on services or pricing, or they simply aren’t proactive about offering them.
Pro tip: Book your appointment online ahead of time to skip the walk-in wait. Also plan on spending 2–3 hours for the entire visit to keep things stress-free.
Overall, I’d still recommend this location for tires thanks to the competitive prices and solid service.”
