“Extremely professional…..Tommy knew what I needed, provided examples and had it delivered ASAP! Chuck arrived and placed the materials where I needed them. I highly recommend Best Buy Metals!”
“I needed just a couple of specialty bolts for gun repair and couldn't find them anywhere else. Atlas knew exactly what I was talking about and had them in stock, krazy affordable too. The customer relations is top notch also. Thanks and I'll be back.”
“Every business out there could learn from how these guys treat their customers. This was my first visit needing a simple bottle fill and everyone there was incredibly friendly and helpful. I wish I was a welder so that I had a reason to return often. Absolutely perfect guys. Thank you so much.”
“This store is great. They have the best selection of flowers. We started driving to this store for the Magnolia paint and fell in love with the great employees and all the extra inventory our local store did not carry.”
“Very Nice experience The people are always helpful and very pleasant to work with even when you have a return. Definitely my go to place for alot of things, just had to have a chain put on my chainsaw and they did it for me. Very happy with the experience ☺”
“I called. The person that answered was pleasant, knowledgeable and professional. Pointed out that they would load my concrete for me. They had the fast setting concrete that I needed. Half of the time, whichever ace I go to is out. Often worth going to ace because I can get in and out.
Holmes Construction and Fence Co”
“If its a FASTNER, they've got it! You can describe your part and they know, immediately, what you need and where it's located! They're VERY friendly & Professional ! They've got Tools, too!”
“I’d give them 6 stars if available. What a wonderful group! Very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. Our team was in town for a project and needed help. They welcomed us in like family. Thank you!”
“The Stone Source helped us design and install a replacement for the tile and hearths surrounding our double sided gas log fireplace, which definitely needed updating. Anna Baker showed us their many samples in both the showroom and the large warehouse, and offered suggestions on tile styles and color combinations. Their demolition and installation crews were very professional, taking the time to clean up prior to leaving at the end of each day. We are thrilled with how the project turned out, and will absolutely contact the Stone Source for our next tile project.”
“Rented a drum sander and an edge sander for my floors and most everything went very well. The reason for the 4 stars was the total costs of deposits and sand paper came up to $500+. They refund a good amount of it but the website should be even more clear of all the added costs and not tuck in the info in the small print. Also the bag had a hole and when I turned it on, it shot saw dust in my face and made a dusty mess of the house. The store was too far for me to return it for the amount of time I had to do the project.”
“I recently had East Ridge Hardware order several under cabinet lighting fixtures for my kitchen. Michael was very helpful, knowledgeable and courteous. The fixtures arrived in three days.
Excellent service!!!”
“Ace Lookout is the Best! From Charlotte the friendly cashier to the knowledgeable staff always willing to help you out with any and everything you need. I appreciate the recommendations from Mylon, and Ron Finley never meets you without a smile! Great Service and Great Location!”
“Super place for the guys and especially women, because they have a great section with all kinds of stuff not tool related. Prices are higher than I remember but with that comes the best help with all your needs, and answers you may ask.”
“I received the quickest and most through service at Ace today. Took a Stihl blower to drop off for service and was asked what is was/was’t doing. Chad took it back to look at this and in just a few minutes returned it to me completely running well. 5 Star all the way. Well done
Thank you”
“I'm a big fan of Harbor Freight. Very good supplies for the money. Probably wouldn't shop here for everything if I did my projects for a living, but for the average active homeowner, you really can't beat it.”
“This is my go to place to buy all my supplies. Robbie, Tom, Brent and Ken are all awesome. They have plenty of supplies to keep me going. They are pretty friendly an knowledgeable.I look forward to keep working with them for many years.”
“Builders Hardware is the best hardware company in the Chattanooga area. Having been in business 61 years, they still provide the quality personal touch that most larger manufacturers do not provide.”
“I already felt bad because I was in there right at closing time needing some water connections. I had a complicated situation. Sean in plumbing went well out of his way and beyond my expectations helping me. THANK YOU SEAN.!!! You are a diamond in the rough. I will be back and specifically ask for you... Again thank you”
“I wanted to take a moment to thank an employee in your paint department named Ed. I needed help with a ceiling stain. I initially bought paint without assistance, and that paint was ineffective after multiple applications.
I took a picture of the stain and brought it in. An attendant in the paint department explained how wrong I had been in my efforts and how sanding, priming, and repainting my textured ceiling would be my only way back.
Ed overheard the exchange and interrupted, inviting me to follow him to the paint stock. He showed me a different paint that would fix the issue.
He was right, and the ceiling now looks great. A life-saving intervention that was greatly appreciated. Thank you again, Ed!”
“This store is really nice. Three of their four water drinking fountains have a bottle fill station which is helpful. They are even dog friendly, restrooms were clean, nice variety of merchandise and friendly staff”

“We've just moved to Flintstone, so we're still getting our bearings. We recently purchased a Garden Wagon from Amazon that was missing three small washers. We had bent two of the large washers that were included trying to use them where the small washers were supposed to go, so we needed to find three small washers and two or three larger washers to finish putting it together. Purchasing them ourselves was much easier than returning the whole thing to Amazon and waiting for another one to be sent to us.
We knew there was an Ace in St Elmo, TN, but were very excited to see this one, only three miles from our house, plus down a road we hadn't been down yet, so we got to see a part of town we hadn't seen yet.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee who seemed to stop what he was doing so he could help me. He walked me back to the washers and picked out the ones I needed, wrote up the little tag for the cashier, and asked if there was anything else. I said no, I was just going to look around.
I found some crazy glue. I knew we needed it for something, but couldn't remember for what, so I got a small pack of two. Then I remembered we need a strong magnet to hold the calendar on the refrigerator. I started looking around and ran into another employee who asked if I needed help.
I asked if they had strong magnets, and he said all their magnets were on aisle 2 on the right, about halfway down (as he pointed at aisle two), then he went back to what he was doing after I said Thank you.
The cashier was very kind and made sure our washers were put in a separate small bag, so they wouldn't get lost in the big plastic bag.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. I look forward to becoming a regular customer here.”
