“Atlas Bolt is a fantastic supply store for Milwaukee tools. They offer a great selection of PPE and job safety equipment as well as any variety of fasteners and hardware one might need for the job (as the name would suggest). One thing that always annoys me is that nothing in the store has a price label. Im sure the price of something doesn’t matter to a customer with a P/O number for a job that his contractor is paying for, but if Im in there to get something for the job Im working at and I see something I would like for home or my personal tools which I intend to purchase with my money, then I wanna know how much that something is..”
“We have been doing business with Nicole at the Cleveland location for years. Today we couldn’t make it to Cleveland so we called Nicole and asked if we could pick up at the Chattanooga location, she was able to transfer the pick up to the Chattanooga location for us. When we got to the Chattanooga location we got the paperwork settled and went out to the yard where William and Shawn were awesome and got us loaded and on our way. “Caleb was so helpful and kind. He made my mom’s summer by cutting the bad ends off of these above ground cake step handrails and replacing it with pvc pipe. These handrails are no longer available! “Rented a drum sander and an edge sander for my floors and most everything went very well. The reason for the 4 stars was the total costs of deposits and sand paper came up to $500+. They refund a good amount of it but the website should be even more clear of all the added costs and not tuck in the info in the small print. Also the bag had a hole and when I turned it on, it shot saw dust in my face and made a dusty mess of the house. The store was too far for me to return it for the amount of time I had to do the project.”

“Luke is awesome! He's one of the best managers I've ever dealt with at Ace Hardware. Talk about great service! I needed help getting my mower blades off my zero-turn mower that have never been removed before, and it wasn't easy! My tools weren't strong enough and Ace was willing to help me out. Luke was up for the job and we tried a little bit of everything until we finally got them off. He pretty much did everything and I was the moral support. He even sharpened the blades while I was there, where normally you'd have to wait a day or two before you could pick them up. Great manager with a lot of drive to get the job done right. I really appreciate the help! Its hard to find a motivated worker these days. Luke deserves a raise! Not a pizza party! A RAISE!!!”

More than likely there is project I saw on Pinterest I'm attempting so until I see a need to spend hundreds of dollars on a drill and even if I do , harbor freight will be my place to go. Budget friendly to expert quality and large selection so how could you go wrong?”

“We've just moved to Flintstone, so we're still getting our bearings. We recently purchased a Garden Wagon from Amazon that was missing three small washers. We had bent two of the large washers that were included trying to use them where the small washers were supposed to go, so we needed to find three small washers and two or three larger washers to finish putting it together. Purchasing them ourselves was much easier than returning the whole thing to Amazon and waiting for another one to be sent to us.
We knew there was an Ace in St Elmo, TN, but were very excited to see this one, only three miles from our house, plus down a road we hadn't been down yet, so we got to see a part of town we hadn't seen yet.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by an employee who seemed to stop what he was doing so he could help me. He walked me back to the washers and picked out the ones I needed, wrote up the little tag for the cashier, and asked if there was anything else. I said no, I was just going to look around.
I found some crazy glue. I knew we needed it for something, but couldn't remember for what, so I got a small pack of two. Then I remembered we need a strong magnet to hold the calendar on the refrigerator. I started looking around and ran into another employee who asked if I needed help.
I asked if they had strong magnets, and he said all their magnets were on aisle 2 on the right, about halfway down (as he pointed at aisle two), then he went back to what he was doing after I said Thank you.
The cashier was very kind and made sure our washers were put in a separate small bag, so they wouldn't get lost in the big plastic bag.
Everyone was helpful and friendly. I look forward to becoming a regular customer here.”
