“Do not brings blades to be sharpened here. Almost brand new knife and they chewed off so much more material than necessary, did not sharpen the full length of the blade, and left edge pretty ragged. In trying to make things right, the best they can offer is ordering a new one (value $110) and only credit $50 to the order. In the end, I’m stuck with shelling out another $60 plus tax for them botching a sharpening job. Please don’t make the same mistake I did.
Update: the store did absorb the remaining cost of the new knife, which is much appreciated. This is not a bad store by any means, but I still believe Ace’s resharpening process is too rough for most knife blade applications. That being said, I’m sure it works perfectly fine for axe heads, lawn mower blades, etc. To the owner, Thank you again for making things right.”
“I have made multiple purchases from this shop online and they've all been as promised and expedient. BUT, if you live within 100miles of this shop it's well worth the drive to see it in person. They have items you can't see online and special deals for in person customers as well. Also you are able to save on the freight and get your items that day. With a very friendly and knowledgeable staff this mom-n-Pop's shop is a must have experience for knife enthusiasts. Rather your a collector or a fabricator you should take the trip. I won't be buying my knife supplies anywhere else”

He look like he didn't understand me at first but proceed to tell me which aisle to go to and that I will find what I was looking for. Nope it wasn't it. I came across another worker Ms.Susan (Sparky) and omg she's a godsend. Not only did came with me to the aisle she continued to help me find it. It wasn't where it said it'll be, she didn't give up and looked all over until she found that it was up high! Went to grab a ladder and did her thangggg! Thank you so much for your help Ms.Sparky!”

One kind lady(didn’t catch her name) went out of her way to get my husband and I help loading a vanity into our truck. Also needed help finding an item, it showed in stock online but the location for it was empty Mikhail and Caesar went above and beyond getting a whole pallet from the top shelf down for me. This happened right at closing as well and they still helped me. Will definitely be going back! Great employees working there.”
