“Absolutely floored at the service I received - you can hardly go anywhere these days and just get something done. But it happened here! The CPR Flowery Branch location didn't have the part needed to fix my older phone's charger port, so they called this location, and the associate Wan (sp?) gave me a great deal AND fixed it same day, within a couple of hours! These guys saved me HUNDREDS on having to buy a new phone. It works perfectly! Great service, clean store, I'll tell everyone I know about this location - CPR Flowery Branch and Gainesville have saved my wallet and my life! Thanks guys, it's so appreciated!!”

“Last week I went to the store in Braselton to see if I could resolve a problem with my iPhone since my Id was grayed out! A young man named AKBAR, helped me ! He tried several options and final he discover that there was a problem with screen time! In a few minutes he resolved my problem! I was happy to go there and thankful that it was resolved quickly! Another lady was there and as she left she mentioned that there is always someone at this location to help us ! I agree!?

“The techs did a great job of replacing the screen protector. I am disappointed that they wanted my password. I asked if I had to give it to them and they said yes. I have found out that they can set the phone up with a temporary password. They should have offered me that option.”

“We were so incredibly impressed with Armando at Verizon Oakwood. The day before we had gone to a corporate store and asked for help to upgrade my phone and transfer it to our daughter. We left disappointed because the sales person was more interested in selling us a new line or new plan than helping with what I asked. Armando not only understood and helped us do exactly what we needed but he also suggested a savings on our monthly plan *and* he went above and beyond to travel to another store that had the color I wanted on his *own* time and set it and the transferred phone up for us! We won’t bother with a corporate store again, thank you!!!!!!!”
