“My phone was glitching and had some virus from an app that was downloaded in error. I went to my phone carrier store and they told me they couldn't hep me and recommended UBreakiFix. I arrived less than 15 minutes before closing and Dale helped me like it was 10 am in the morning. Dale was courteous, kind and caring. He checked my phone and uninstalled the app that was causing my phone to glitch. Dale also added that he wasn't going to charge me for his help. I then bought a phone case and a screen protector based on Dale's recommendation. He was knowledgeable and patient. By now it was after closing time. Jayden (another employee) installed the screen protector and let me know that if I had any issues with the protector to come back to the store. I'm glad I went to uBreakiFix. These guys are awesome!!”
“This is my favorite AT&T store because every single employee goes out of their way to make people feel comfortable, at home, and not pressured. Shout out to Kayden S, one of the best salesmen AT&T can ever hope to get because he’s so sweet and low-key that we don’t even realize he’s going in for the kill until we’ve already handed him our credit card, and we’re still happy to do it. “Shout out to Alex! Had an issue with my phones internet connection for over 2 months. Went to other stores and Noone could help that included calling customer support and no help. Came in to this store and literally within 5 min of walking in waiting for Alex to help a customer in front of us and me explaining what my issue was she asked for my phone and code, got the situation fixed and explained what to do if it happens again. 2 months of being frustrated getting the run around with a new phone and Alex was not kind but knowledgeable. Customer service was on point! Thank you Alex”

“We were so incredibly impressed with Armando at Verizon Oakwood. The day before we had gone to a corporate store and asked for help to upgrade my phone and transfer it to our daughter. We left disappointed because the sales person was more interested in selling us a new line or new plan than helping with what I asked. Armando not only understood and helped us do exactly what we needed but he also suggested a savings on our monthly plan *and* he went above and beyond to travel to another store that had the color I wanted on his *own* time and set it and the transferred phone up for us! “We have always had good experience with cricket all managers and employees have been people friendly tonight we went there and I got a new phone and there was a guy name Justin he said he was from another store but he was super nice and he took all my contacts and password from my old phone to my new phone which he didntnhavebti di but he did anyways we love cricket we won't go anywhere else”
“I got the cheapest earring here ($24) in order to get a double piercing. It was super quick and the assistant manager was the person who pierced my ears! She was super nice the entire time. Also I haven’t had a piercing in about 7 years so I was pretty nervous, but the assistant manager (like i said before) was super nice and she found a way to calm me down. Here’s a pic of my new piercing!”
“I had such a great experience with Melanie at AT&T. She was extremely kind, patient, professional, and helpful from the very beginning until the end.
I was switching my phone service from T-Mobile to AT&T, and my situation was a little complicated because my phone was still locked to T-Mobile. Melanie took the time to help me with everything step by step. She even called T-Mobile for me and helped explain the situation so we could request the phone unlock. She stayed patient the entire time and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable.
What I appreciated the most was how genuinely she cared about helping me. She did not just try to sell me a service and send me on my way. She made sure I understood what was happening and what I needed to do next. She went above and beyond to make the whole process as easy as possible for me.
Customer service like this is very hard to find. Melanie is friendly, knowledgeable, responsible, and truly deserves recognition for the way she treats her customers. I am very thankful for all of her help and I would absolutely recommend asking for Melanie if you come to this AT&T store.

“Have been a Cricket customer for 4 years and pleased with them. Had to buy a new phone. Great service from Mara and Penelope. (Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville, GA) However, after a few hours the phone locked me out, asking for a password to sign in. I had NOT set up a password. After some research, I found out this is a common problem with the phone I bought. (Samsung 24) I took it back to the store. Mara was able to get it fixed and gave me a few tips to help me!!

“I had the best experience at Verizon with Chris Hardaway. I went in for some general information and after talking with Chris I left with things I didn't know I needed in my everyday schedule! I was amazed at how comfortable the conversation was because Chris gave me a lot of knowledge about my tablet, watch, phone plan and more that I didn't know. This guy deserves a promotion because his customer service skills are fantastic! I will definitely recommend anybody to go and see Chris because trust me you will leave with things you didn't intend to purchase that day. So that says a lot about this guy!
