Yesterday afternoon I went into my local UPS store and mailed a letter. The entire process from beginning to end was a reminder of how important this location is for Amazon transactions; mailing materials and or printing documents from a device.

I am securein knowing that there are less chances of my package being stolen when it is delivered. I also like that I am notified when it gas arrived.

Nigel and Victoria were amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure the visit was great! They both are hard working and very caring. Every store should have associates as good at customer service as they are. Be blessed.
