“I always have a pleasant experience at this UPS store! All of the staff are consistently friendly, patient, and very helpful. Even when the store becomes busy with customers toward the end of the day, the staff seem to alway have a smile of their face. There have also been multiple times when an employee runs over to open the door for me when my hands are full of packages. I really appreciate the customer service at this location!”
“I have been going to this store and renting a box for many years. Vishal, Jessica, and Zaheer are the nicest, friendliest, and most professional people I’ve ever worked with in a retail setting. They are very helpful, trustworthy, attentive, and communicative, and I have had all positive experiences with them. If there are ever any issues with packages, they have gone out of their way to resolve the issues and make things as easy as possible for me. I really appreciate their care, personal touch, and willingness to listen and help. They make this UPS store great.”

I came all the way up here to Hamilton Mill from the Dacula village stote, I would give you the store number if I had it but the lady that refused to give it to me, I will now make this UPS store my UPS store of choice.
