“This was, without a doubt, the best customer service I’ve ever received at any UPS Store! I ship packages frequently, and Donna at the Gainesville location consistently makes every visit a great experience.
While I was waiting, I watched her assist several customers ahead of me. She was the only employee working at the time, yet she handled everything with incredible efficiency, professionalism, and a genuinely friendly attitude. She never seemed flustered and made every customer feel like they had her full attention.
It’s rare to find someone who takes so much pride in providing outstanding customer service. Donna is a true asset to this UPS Store, and I sincerely wish more businesses had employees like her.
