“Nene was awesome. From the moment I walked in she helped me broke everything down. Was patient with me. Was nice with professional and very knowledgeable. I came in again today to ask pretty much the same questions and again she was patient with me. She talked everything through. She assisted me along with the manager. I believe his name was Calvin. He was very nice every last week. He spoke when I came in was very prompt and kind and the same. With this visit of the people that work there have always been nice and kind and professional. I appreciate that kindness and I appreciate the upfront and honesty. Thank you guys for the wonderful service. I highly recommend that buggy Right show rental. Again, shout out to Nene!”

“Lady has been wonderful to me. It has helped me at the last minute to rent a car since the company with which I had made an online reservation wanted to charge me 3 times what was quoted, that is why I canceled and looked for a last minute service, miles being an excellent option and with a much better price. I will be a loyal customer, recommending the service.”

“had an excellent experience at Enterprise Car Rental! The young lady who assisted me was absolutely amazing. She was professional, friendly, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. From the moment I arrived, she made the rental process smooth and stress-free. It's not often that you come across customer service this outstanding, and she truly made a positive impression on me. Enterprise is fortunate to have employees like her representing their company. Thank you for your kindness, professionalism, and exceptional service! I highly recommend this location and look forward to renting from them again.”

“Busy location near the airport, staff was courteous and efficient. Lobby was full of people when I arrived, but it was because a bunch of people were returning and picking up at the same time. A few customers were getting frustrated but the delays they were experiencing were caused by other customers not having documents they needed or arguing with staff over policies out of their control, etc. I’ve rented here several times and never have any issues myself.”

“We rented a car from Hertz for 45 days. Picking up at the Atlanta airport was very straightforward and the employee at the counter was very friendly and accommodating. Everything was easy when it came to dropping us off and Lisa Ashford drove us straight to the airport in her car. She is very competent sock her colleague Amber. Thank you for the great welcome and the friendly takeover of the car.”

“Had a wonderful experience at this Enterprise location. Terron was extremely helpful in getting me in my requested vehicle as they had people delay their returns. He got me into a vehicle right away, and then called me the next day to let me know that they had the type of vehicle I had originally requested. Brandon and Q were also extremely friendly and helpful in the front office. Quan in the detail department got my updated vehicle ready quickly and the car was spotless. Kudos to this entire team for the excellent customer service!”

“My experience with this store was great! We went in after putting a vehicle on hold...confirmation number was given and everything. Of course when we got there 2 days later, no confirmation could be found. Thank goodness I had mine. The manager vowed to make it right and she did! Called a completely different store to get us the vehicle we wanted. She didn't make excuses. She simply did her job. As a result, our vacation was amazing ?? ? ?. Thank you Enterprise!”

“Jay helped me rent my car when I was in need. My everyday car broke down on me and I needed a car quickly. He was very attentive and made sure I had everything I needed to get back home. He moved very quickly too, which I liked because I needed to go. Also upon return he was helping someone else and then immediately came to help me. He was really great and I would rent from here again. Everything went so smoothly. Thank you guys!”

The booking process was very easy and quick, and the pickup process took less than 10 minutes! The car was spotless and smelled fresh! It was also way more affordable than any of the other luxury rental car providers, with a larger selection.
