“Busy location near the airport, staff was courteous and efficient. Lobby was full of people when I arrived, but it was because a bunch of people were returning and picking up at the same time. A few customers were getting frustrated but the delays they were experiencing were caused by other customers not having documents they needed or arguing with staff over policies out of their control, etc. I’ve rented here several times and never have any issues myself.”

Everything was easy when it came to dropping us off and Lisa Ashford drove us straight to the airport in her car. She is very competent sock her colleague Amber.

The young man who was working when I picked up and dropped off should be a manager if he isn’t already. He’s a young black man with braces and he is absolutely an asset to your organization. He has excellent customer service skills, he remains calm under pressure, and executes at a high level. “I was nervous before coming here because of all the negative reviews but I actually had a positive experience here. I reserved a car online and filled in my information. When I went to pick up the car, I was informed about all the fees, since I had to pay the young renter fee thing, and was told about the different gas options. I payed and then left with the rental.
