“Busy location near the airport, staff was courteous and efficient. Lobby was full of people when I arrived, but it was because a bunch of people were returning and picking up at the same time. A few customers were getting frustrated but the delays they were experiencing were caused by other customers not having documents they needed or arguing with staff over policies out of their control, etc. I’ve rented here several times and never have any issues myself.”

Of course when we got there 2 days later, no confirmation could be found. Thank goodness I had mine. The manager vowed to make it right and she did!
