“First of all I live in Greeneville, TN. I am 5 1/2 hrs away from my 86 yr old mother. She was using an Android phone and was constantly getting viruses on her phone. I convinced her to move over to an iphone. I purchased a used phone on ebay but once it arrived we realized it needed the battery replaced. I called around and found a truly wonderful person named Sid. A week later my sister was able to take my mother to Sid to have the battery replaced. His comforting disposition made my mother feel that this wonderful man truly cares about his customers. Thanks again to Sid and Cellairis for there cellular support in the Fayetteville area.”

Jimmy managed to figure out a way to make it work, which I’m very thankful for because it’s been difficult trying to find a replacement that actually fits where the previous radio was. I showed up without even calling assuming he would tell me I needed to order something else and to come back another time, but he made it work and had it installed in less than an hour. “My experience at this location was top-tier! My phone screen was cracked and I couldn't do anything, I couldn't clock in for work or unlock my debit cards! After a week of running around I found this location and they were able to fix my phone the same day and the only place that had the correct screen for my phone for the lowest price. Everywhere else they wanted $150 and it was going to take 3 to 4 business days for you break we fix it to order and receive the replacement screen. I am so thankful for their services I will be back when I need anymore electronic repairs!!! ???”
