When I first saw it they were very clean and still is. Not a bad place to be especially if you are in a hurry to find a spot. Conveniently close to a couple of store. While the hotel had several positive aspects, there were a couple of issues that stood out as areas for improvement.The friendly and welcoming staff, including a delightful young lady at the front desk, made for a positive first impression. Her warm demeanor and efficient check-in process set the tone for a pleasant stay.The standout feature of the stay was the spacious room, offering ample space to unwind and relax. The room's size was a definite plus, creating a comfortable environment for the duration of my stay.However, a couple of issues affected my overall experience. One aspect that could use some improvement is the comfort level of the bed. The bed placed in the middle of the room was somewhat uncomfortable, which affected my sleep quality. This aspect caught my attention, as a good night's sleep is a fundamental expectation for any hotel stay.Additionally, I was surprised to find that the shuttle service provided by the hotel was not as convenient as I had hoped, especially for an airport hotel. The shuttle service only operates from 9 AM onwards on weekends, which could be a challenge for guests with early morning flights. Given the hotel's proximity to the airport, I expected the shuttle service to cater to a broader range of flight schedules.In conclusion, my stay at Quality Suites Atlanta Airport East offered comfort, convenience, and a few areas for improvement. However, the discomfort of the bed and the limited early morning shuttle service timing were notable drawbacks.
