“The purchase process was seamless. There was a concern with the delivery however it was shared the timeframe was longer than anticipated due to volume. The delivery time was close to 9pm. Communication stating the delivery would be late would have been helpful and diffused the concern. This was purchased as a gift. The recipient shared the delivery team was professional and apologized for the delay.”
