From the moment I walked in, they were attentive, patient, and weren't aggressive salespeople *hate that*. I will be back. The only thing I would be mindful of is asking about the specifications on the furniture. Imagine my surprise when admiring my desk and seeing a small sticker on the side with a warning that it's made with a cancer causing material (cadmium).Nevertheless, they delivered and put my desk and bed frame together on the same day and the delivery guys were just as professional as the people who assisted me in the store.”

“Adam was super helpful. He helped me with my mattress and adjustable base frame. Gave me two options and took the time to explain the differences in the two. Also very patient with my indecisiveness. The delivery was great and fast. The 2 men that setup my bed asked if they needed to remove their shoes or not. They also allowed me to watch their setup without issue and explained what they were doing and how to use the bed in case I needed to move it one day. Setup was quick and they made sure I was happy before they left.”

“You can luck up and find decent items (open box/dented) sometimes. They do offer financing options, which can be a big help! My husband and I purchased a washer and dryer here and got a decent deal for it...barely any visible damages (none obvious to the eye) and we've had it for almsot 2 years now with no issues. We went back today to look at refrigerators, and I wasn't too pleased with the large, extremely obvious dents that were visible on the ones we liked.. They did offer to knock off a few hundred, but it was still a still a bit overpriced for my liking, looking at how bad it was knocked up.”
