“Maia provided Exceptional service and listened to our needs. Then she tailored her sales to meet and exceed our expectations. Exceptional communicator too. Our search started early this morning at Macys and I prayed before we left home for a knowledgeable salesperson and a pleasant shopping experience. Maia was so much more. My eighty six year old mom is sooo excited about receiving her new adjustable bed and I m happy when she’s happy. Thank you Maia for being the answer to prayer at an affordable price. May God continue to bless you abundantly!!😊”

“My wife and I went to several stores looking for particular furniture. We came to Direct Furniture and found exactly what we wanted. They had a bigger variety, not the same furniture that every other store had. The environment was nice, friendly, almost like family, at least that's how we felt. Rene is a great salesperson, not pushy and knows her stuff. Then she's complemented by Michelle - great management. They were patient and caring and made sure we were comfortable going through the financing process. I would recommend this store. 10 out of 10 times and we would give them 20 stars. Ya'll keep doing what you do. DRel and Sheila Nelson”

“Sid at American Freight was absolutely amazing. That’s the only reason this is rated a 5z He was honest, helpful, and incredibly patient throughout my purchase, and his team showed the same level of professionalism. Even with the A/C being out, they kept a welcoming, upbeat energy that made the experience smooth despite the Georgia heat. You can tell the lack of air conditioning is really taxing on the staff, yet they still delivered excellent customer service. I was told to be prepared before I entered, but, that level of dedication deserves recognition. I truly hope corporate sees how hard these gentlemen work and gets them the A/C they need and deserve. Thanks to Sid and the team for making the best out of a tough situation, their commitment is the reason I completed my purchase. Highly recommend shopping here or anywhere these gentlemen go beyond here.”
