“I had an excellent experience at this store. I was having trouble ordering a same day printing order, so I called the store. Kevin gave me the store email address and had my order ready and called me for pick up in 30 minutes. Great customer service.”

“Went into the store to pick up a print job that I had placed online earlier. The job was finished within 2 hours of me ordering it. I also realized I needed a piece of computer equipment and they had it in stock. I even remembered that my wife needed a small umbrella for her car and indulged in an impulse buy because it was hanging there in the checkout line! It reminded me that she was in need of one. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate me - a product was easy to spot behind a glass case door - that wasn’t quite opening up for us. The associate opened the adjacent door and climbed inside to retrieve the item. So I would recommend a visit. They’ll work to get you what you want. It’s still really nice to be able to physically walk into a store and leave with the items you want. Thanks again for your help.”

The associate was cordial, & took the time, to help get my items printed. They are always busy but to seem to move rather fast, despite other customers with many questions.
