Also, appreciate the cashier who worked this closing as well. some days, i was there past their close of business hours and was not pushed out the door and neither of them didn't hesitate to assist to make sure the printing job was complete. The associate was cordial, & took the time, to help get my items printed. They are always busy but to seem to move rather fast, despite other customers with many questions. “Went into the store to pick up a print job that I had placed online earlier. The job was finished within 2 hours of me ordering it. I also realized I needed a piece of computer equipment and they had it in stock. I even remembered that my wife needed a small umbrella for her car and indulged in an impulse buy because it was hanging there in the checkout line! It reminded me that she was in need of one. The staff went the extra mile to accommodate me - a product was easy to spot behind a glass case door - that wasn’t quite opening up for us. The associate opened the adjacent door and climbed inside to retrieve the item. So I would recommend a visit. They’ll work to get you what you want. It’s still really nice to be able to physically walk into a store and leave with the items you want. Thanks again for your help.”
“I frequent this store and must admit, it's not always the best experience but today superceded my expectations. I sumbitted an order yesterday and afterwards noticed there was an error. I tried to get assistance with the correction over the phone and through customer service, but didn't have any luck. I came into the store today and Brooke assited me with getting the correct order printed. She was so patient and took her time in getting the issue resolved. She never got agitated, although it was close to closing. I felt appreciated and I hope she in return receives the same experience of feeling appreciated. Thank you Brooke!!”
