βA lot of people stretch the truth about this company. If they arenβt getting miles they are more than likely not trip planning properly. The terminal in Atlanta was down because of drivers being careless the only issue I had was with the shop but itβs mostly because they are very busy most days. Itβs a good company good pay and if to are willing to work they give you miles. They are very understanding with your situation and your home time. The only reason Iβm not working there still is my fault and Iβd love to return if I couldβ

βExcellent place for a mailing address. Owners are great people, help out and serve you in the best way. Always accommodate any issue you may have if they can. Get with them and see the difference between owner owned and franchised mail boxes!β

βDarius and Keisha at UPS Old National Hwy at Ace Hardware in College Park, Georgia we're extremely kind and helpful. I forgot my glasses and Darius read everything to me. This store has an excellent staff from the greeter, to the notary I used, to the UPS Store attendants. I will use this store again, even though there's a store closer, just because they're so helpful and good at their jobs.β

βWe have been ordering from Cut Rate for many years under two different businesses. They have always provided the best service that has always been convenient with their delivery option. The box prices are unbeatable so much so that our sister companies in Florida and North Carolina always ask us to throw them some boxes on transfer trucks. The overrun boxes are great for us when shipping customer orders and the standard sizes are also great as they have some nice long boxes we use for items that are 4' plus. It save us and our customers so much money not having to ship thin but long items via freight truck.β
βThis small, family business is a quaint place does wonders. The mail service is friendly and flexible in it's multitude of options from collecting mail, notary, making copies, or purchasing small office items, snacks, beverages, or purchasing local vendor products. This business that makes you feel like you are a part of the community and that you matter is what you get when interacting Monday-Saturday.β
βI love the UPS Store in Stockbridge on 138. There's nothing they can't do. Always professional and knowledgeable. DO NOT GO TO THE UPS Store in Morrow. I've been there 3 times and still haven't received service. Either there computer is down or the person in te MORROW Store can't help you. Went to the Morrow store yesterday. They couldn't even scan my documents in and email them to me. Sad and pitiful service at the MORROW store.β

βI was accidentally rude to an employee who was a Dallas Cowboys fan. my tone of voice was alot harsher then I meant it to be and I just wanted to say im sorry to her. Dallas sucks but the customer service at this location is wonderful. everyone was so nice, knowledgeable, and professional.β
βWhen you get to ship your item it's great, but everytime I go there the hours change.... Don't go according to the website.... It makes you waste time.β

She took the time to look through all of the amazon return boxes to find the item! Always a great experience at this UPS location but this was truly a great example of excellent customer service. βI used this location to ship boxes for a conference in the Hilton. Deanne, the store manager, was such a light and a wonderful help to me. She provided wonderful customer service. While my experience here was brief and routine, Deanne was exemplary. Kudos!β
