“Shout out to the manager on Saturday, February 17, 2024 with all her employees calling off, she made sure about 40 customers got their Jordan bred 4s!!!!!! She took matters into her own hands, came up with a strategy and helped 3 customers at a time . I hope she get some more dependable employees. Oh o yea shoes look amazing!!!”

“First and foremost, Jeffery was by far the best thing about visiting this location! He was like your favorite and cool uncle in one person. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything when it came to buying a suit. No matter how busy he got, he managed his time appropriately between every customer that came in the store. He was able to get me in a suit when no other store that I went to even cared to help. This man even picked up an obscure line from the Sopranos that I said to my wife at one point. He picked up on it immediately!! Aside from that, this is the second DXL store I’ve been in, and I will keep returning because I’m always able to find what I need and the customer service is always on point. I am 6’3” 450lbs and I can always find something that fits properly and its quality. Jeffery was by far the best thing about this location though and just on point from the first second I met him.”

“I had the great pleasure of shopping at the store while looking for a suit to wear to my son's wedding. I was helped by a true O.G. named Day. This guy sized me up on sight. He was on point with my neck size, waist size and arm length, by just looking at me. I was impressed because he didn't point me in the direction of expensive accessories, but he catered to my interests, respecting my wallet. Amit met me at the register and was able to save me even more money with his suggestions. Gentlemen if you want to go to a place where you are truly treated like a king, I recommend this place. Ladies if you want to shop for your man, your brother, your dad, or any man in your life I guarantee whatever your fashion needs are, this place will have it..the location is great, the selection is great, the service is great, and the prices are even greater.”
“I needed something quick but nice for an event that evening. My hotel told me to visit this establishment and ai was not disappointed. They had an array of options from small to 2xl. I struggled picking out something and the employee was quick to assist and honestly provided feedback. The clothes are pricey but that is expected for boutiques. I gave the establishment a 4 because the shirt that I purchased bled in the wash. I didn't reach out but I hope if I did, they would have e replaced my shirt or refunded my money”

“My travel backpack broke down on me and I swung in to see what they had. Isaiah helped me find exactly what I needed, checked for any additional discounts I could get, and even shipped my old back back to me. The other two gentlemen working in the store also took a moment to ensure I had a great customer experience. If you are in ATL and have time to swing by to visit on Concourse D, I highly advise it. The customer service on this level is rare in today's world.”
“Went here to return a shoe and couldnt find what I was looking for. The store associate, Jeffery, was soooo helpful. He checked with me twice to see if I needed help and when I was looking for another store to go to, he told me he could order a shoe for me and ship to my house. His customer service was GREAT... he helped me get my shoe ordered and not have to go elsewhere... All stores need a Jeffery... I will def be shopping here again.”

The open mic nights go crazy, and the crowd actually shows love. The setup is clean, the kicks are always fresh, and the people running it are cool and professional.

“Had a sweet deal on some work boots I purchased. But they told me that they had the pair of shoes I wanted in stock in Fayetteville, so I drove to Fayetteville and they weren’t in stock.”
“I went to the Stockbridge store to buy the Orchid Jordan 4s, and as soon as I walked in the lady gave me an attitude before I could get it out of my mouth were the Jordan's available and she cut me off like no. I walked out of the store, and a guy came behind me and asked me what size I needed. I told him my size, and he got on his phone and called the store he manages, which is the 1 in Jonesboro GA, and asked 1 of his employees to put my size up. I went to his store and was welcomed by the employees. They all spoke when I walked in the store, and got me the shoe I needed with no problems. I wish I had gotten their names because they really made my day. I will never go to the 1 in Stockbridge again, and that's closest to my house. Thank you to the manager and his team at the Jonesboro location.”
