“I've always heard pretty good things about this business, but I've never had the fortune/misfortune to have to use them. Well, that changed when I was rear-ended by someone who clearly was not paying attention. From the very start, they were very clear on their communication about what the process would be like after I explained I'd never gone through this process before. They explained their previous experience with the insurance company that I was going through and what I might expect. But overall, it was a pretty seamless process, thankfully. When I got my car back, it was probably in better shape than when I dropped it off with them. Everything looked very nice. I saw no issues, other than some super minor green paint/marker on one of my windows. Honestly I'm not even worried about it, I can scrape it off later.

The only real fault I have with them is that their communication was a bit poor. I had no estimate communicated until I called them first. When more damage was discovered, it was the insurance that informed me rather than them. I wish they had communicated progress a little more frequently or even something as simple as some text message updates.”

“I had a brake light go out on my car and went to O’Reilly’s today for a bulb. When I walked in the store Danquel created me with a smile and asked how he could help me. He found the right bulb I needed and he said he would be glad to replace the bulb for me. He did just that and made sure it was working properly. “I went into to NAPA in Forsyth this morning, for I was DEVASTATED. I had just put $2,500 dollars into my Subaru within the past week due to a issue where I let a shotty auto shop in Griffin Ga put on a tire that was NOT matching the same size of all the other tires which led to work from two other shops. I was greeted by Lindsay and Chris whom were ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS! I work far from where I reside and missed a whole day at work because of a couple of issues with my car. They were nothing short of AMAZING. They checked my battery, and diagnosed my issues. They pointed myself in the correct direction and offered not only their time but lent a hand to myself who was already distraught due to the amount of work that was just completed just days ago. I will continue to bring my car there in any situation that may arise. They really helped a damsel in distress this morning. I even offered to buy them coffee, lunch anything to show my appreciation. I am so thankful they were there in my time of upmost need. Thank you guys! I will be recommending them to EVERYONE I know.”

“As a independent shop we replace radiators often in a variety of cars and trucks. With it being winter we get cars with dead batteries a lot.We've been using radiators 4 less for a while now and it has been nothing but exceptional. The prices are good but the customer service is top notch.”
