As a reference I went to NAPA for a particular need I have always gotten there Friday . The mgr and service desk were awful. Mgr just looked like he would rather be fishing. After the change a couple of years ago plus the experience I had Advanced is my parts store now.”

“This review covers the best purchase experience of my life and also the most complex and best repair experience I have ever had - really - in my life of 53 years. Both incredibly handled by Countryside ! A previous car buying experience at a different dealership was a nightmare for my wife. She was a nervous wreck driving home with our new vehicle. We simply wanted to pay a fair price for our vehicle but spent hours with the sales staff trying get us for every dollar they could. This time we went to Countryside hearing from multiple folks that this place would treat us fairly. I can not tell you the fun we had with our salesperson Todd as he kept telling us he would only sell us the car that was best for us. We tied him up for over two hours as he educated us and put us in or showed us car after car. Thanks to him we bought something completely different then what we originally were looking for and are SO HAPPY. Todd worked late so we were taken care of! I could not recommend this sales person more highly. I could send my Mom here by herself and know that Todd would treat her like his own mother. Todd took a lot of time to show us what our new vehicle was going for price wise on the internet - I mean who does that - this dealer had nothing to hide. Thanks to Todd we knew we were getting a good deal and I really liked how once the decision of what car we wanted was made - a highly talented finance agent had everything sorted out and we were on our way (I will update with this finance agents name soon). I highly, highly, highly recommend you seek out Todd at this dealership to purchase a new or used car (Todd took the time to show us both new and used). We were planning to buy used until Todd showed us the value in a new car purchase relevant to the kind of car we bought. My wife and I felt so good leaving the dealership. I felt like I finally made up for the bad experience when I had taken my wife to that other dealership years ago. I don't want to sound silly but years from now we are going get in that vehicle and giggle about our experience with Todd at Countryside. We finally know how to by a car (it's to give Todd a call).OK - so now my repair experience from a few months earlier at Countryside.I had a massive electrical problem with my vehicle. For the entire process I had service agents assigned to me that kept me informed (shout out to Ashley and Tyler in the service department). I have a friend at this dealership that informed me - and not because of the friendship - that this dealer went beyond the call to get special help to make this problem go away. When I picked up the vehicle another problem arose that I thought was related to the first problem. This dealer just "took care of it" to make me happy regardless of my misunderstanding of the problem and that it was not part of the first problem. I was really "stunned" at the care and beyond service that I received from this dealership on my Ram 3500 Diesel truck.”
