“I want to commend AUTO ZONE in Jackson,Ga.
I had an experience with the auto parts store across the street from this store & ended up not purchasing anything due to less than helpful atttitude & needed assistance.
I needed an in cabin air filter & when I called I was told that assistance would be provided in installation & given the price.
When I arrived and had the product & asked about the help in installation the person I had spoken to confirmed that that's what I was told, I guess it was the Mgr.over rode that person in a loud voice that no they didn't help with the installation of simple products even when I said I'd been assisted before with the installion of windshield wipers etc.

As I am a disabled Veteran and have nuropothy in my hands I cancelled my purchase.
I went to AUTO ZONE IN JACKSON,GA .
I was greeted as soon as I entered the store & asked how they could assist me.

I told them what I needed & very shortly I was looking at them item and the price was 8.00 Cheaper ! Name brand!
Was advised the sure they could assist me in installation.
I wish to state that the Mgr. Kenneth Cross & the entire staff were professional,courteous,knowledgeable,& helpful.

The store was clean,oganized,& efficiently set up.
I appreciate the assistance & attention I received.
I will be back for any future needs , I also recommend this store to otherrs.
