“I am rating this metro 5 stars because of the beyond excellent service i received 13 street Metro phone store and their dedication to helping their customers! I was told about new flex plan and decided to get it, only to have to turn around days later to phone turned off along with new tablet included with plan! Ms. Dee the Metro Representative handling my service at the time helped me to get everything resolved and is why this store gets these 5 stars! Note: customer service wasn't to quality standards but all in store employees i encountered were all helpful and did an excellent job in making me feel like a valued customer! Thank you!”
