“Even though they are going up on their prices, no fault to walmart. Its the economy. They try to stay affordable and I'm never disappointed with the quality of their products. Even so, I did see a special on how their bread is stored and they really need to do better. I will not be buying bread from them any longer.”

“As a longtime and loyal Publix customer from Tampa, Florida, I appreciate having this store in the community. However, there are several areas where I feel it could better reflect the high standards and customer service that Publix is known for.
Most employees are friendly, helpful, and provide excellent service, but there are a few whose interactions don’t seem to align with the welcoming Publix experience I’ve come to expect. The store is generally clean, though the refrigerated shelves could benefit from more frequent cleaning and upkeep.
I have also noticed opportunities to improve some of the customer service touches that have traditionally set Publix apart, such as offering cookies to children in the bakery and proactively assisting customers with loading groceries into their vehicles. Unfortunately, there have been occasions when bakery employees appeared inconvenienced by requests for a child’s cookie, and sometimes cookies were not available at all. Similarly, splitting bakery items, which has been a common Publix practice in my experience, has not always been handled consistently.
Despite these concerns, I will continue shopping at this location because of my loyalty to the Publix brand. However, I hope to see it more closely reflect the exceptional service, customer care, and attention to detail that I experienced at the Publix stores I frequented in the Tampa 33629 area.”

“I love this location! It’s extremely convenient to the mall and interstate, and the drive-thru pharmacy is a huge added bonus. Publix is already my go-to grocery store for quality meat and fresh produce, so having such a convenient location makes it even better. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been disappointed by other big-box retailers and grocery stores when it comes to the quality and freshness of those items, but Publix consistently has fresh products in stock. The store is always clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Every time I visit, they ask how I’m doing and if I need help finding anything. Great store and great location!”
“Nice selection, and you can find some good value with their weekly buy one get one specials! Fruit and veggies are usually in good condition as well. Oh and their delicious makes excellent food. I always love the seasonal chicken wraps. I hope they bring back the Nashville chicken someday that was my favorite but the hot honey is quite good too.”

“This is one of our favorite Asian store., my kids love this place., we don't go home with anything to buy., they got everything that's really convenient and helped us bring our Home made Filipino foods., All vegetables are fresh and the All the ice cream and ate Charing's variety of Bread Pandesal's are really good still soft even in a few days storing the quality of tje bread was so good. , and most especially, all people working there are so accommodating and friendly that it makes you feel like you just visited a quick Sari Sari store back home. Plus meeting new fellow Filipino is always a blessings Thank you, po ☺️”

“I switched to Publix Pharmacy at Village at Waterside a couple years ago. I grew tired of my old pharmacy filling prescriptions without my approval, calling once a week to ask if I needed anything refilled, and never picking up the phone. I understand most corporate pharmacies have to meet daily quotas, but it was getting ridiculous.
This Publix pharmacy is always well-staffed, they fill orders in a reasonable amount of time, and will never bug you to meet corporate quotas. The two friendly pharmacists, Chris and Kelli, will remember who you are within a month, and are knowledgeable if you have any questions.
It's inside a Publix, so you can do your daily grocery shopping before picking up a pharmacy order.
Do be advised, you won't get a 2 foot roll of coupons along with your receipt like CVS. It's a small price to pay for this excellent pharmacy.
I give this pharmacy my highest recommendation.”
“This Aldi has items my Fort Oglethorpe either never had or items my store runs out of. There isn't a self checkout, which is why I give one star. So I usually have to wait in line.”

“This location is near my summer work. Like other food city locations, a good place to shop. The best feature for me is that you can get 2 fried chicken drumsticks and a drink for just over $3, and their fried chicken is really good.”

“Although I have been shopping at this Aldi's for 7 years I have not experienced A cashier placing my groceries in the cart to my expectations until today. I wish I knew her name but I did take a picture and it is absolutely perfect. So shout out to the cashier who organizes your groceries in the cart so that nothing gets crushed. Everything is stacked.”
