“I love this location! It’s extremely convenient to the mall and interstate, and the drive-thru pharmacy is a huge added bonus. Publix is already my go-to grocery store for quality meat and fresh produce, so having such a convenient location makes it even better. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been disappointed by other big-box retailers and grocery stores when it comes to the quality and freshness of those items, but Publix consistently has fresh products in stock. The store is always clean, and the employees are friendly and helpful. Every time I visit, they ask how I’m doing and if I need help finding anything. Great store and great location!”

“I switched to Publix Pharmacy at Village at Waterside a couple years ago. I grew tired of my old pharmacy filling prescriptions without my approval, calling once a week to ask if I needed anything refilled, and never picking up the phone. I understand most corporate pharmacies have to meet daily quotas, but it was getting ridiculous. This Publix pharmacy is always well-staffed, they fill orders in a reasonable amount of time, and will never bug you to meet corporate quotas. The two friendly pharmacists, Chris and Kelli, will remember who you are within a month, and are knowledgeable if you have any questions. It's inside a Publix, so you can do your daily grocery shopping before picking up a pharmacy order. Do be advised, you won't get a 2 foot roll of coupons along with your receipt like CVS. It's a small price to pay for this excellent pharmacy. I give this pharmacy my highest recommendation.”

“They have wide selection. You can go to the hot bar and order you some food, grab a hot roterrsire, or salad. Especially if you don't feel like cooking. Their grocery prices be high a lot but sometimes they do have good deals. Some of their cashiers are not friendly. Today I got in line and white Caucasian female cashier with black hair kinda chunky was not friendly at all. She didn't speak or nothing she didn't even go over how many fuel points I had 😂. To me good customer service should be always done no matter how you feel when dealing with people. We all have bad days but when you behind that register you gotta shake it off and keep good customer service or ask them can you change positions to be a night stocker were you don't have to deal with people. 😂”

You saw me looking and You still asked me if I needed help with anything, & offered to do a price check for me & I didn’t have to ask you first so THANK YOU & Thank you for making me not feel like I was bothering you!!
