“I generally do all the work myself on my 2007 Ford expedition but the last time I did the coil pack and spark plugs I had one plug that I couldn't get out so this time around I look for a mechanic that would just replace the one plug and one coil pack unfortunately a lot of other mechanic shops wouldn't touch it or if they did a ridiculous price to do it my daughter told me about guaranteed auto and transmission so I looked them up brought my vehicle to them and the owner of the shop was very understanding of my situation he told me he would take care of the spark plug in the coil pack and do it for a reasonable price I thanked him and dropped my car off and an hour later he gives me a call to come pick up my ride the professionalism and the courteous service was unbelievable I like that they are straightforward no nonsense and not going to charge me for something that I don't need I have a valve cover gasket that's leaking and this is where I'll be taking it to get fixed they have a reasonable price and I like the fact straightforward and honest I can't stress the honest part I'm not trying to upsell you on anythingI will definitely be bringing my vehicle there again I like to say thank you the boys who got that spark plug out and the owner professionalism”

“I was a bit hesitant about using this mechanic, but I am so happy I made the choice. I drive a 2009 nissan. I knew the car had hellah issues and dreading the day it finally broke down. Brought my car here. The first time of course. Fixed the car within four days. Worked great. Then I had another issue within three weeks. Joe and his staff ran a diagnostic for free on the second trip and got my car up and working again. This is a good mechanic. My lil Ruby just broke down again and sending her back. They may take some time fo fix the car (they got business). But they will get it fix. Thank you again for all your help!”

There are people that do more damage to equipment and tell you it is fixed. Mike then gets the equipment and has to repair what that person damaged. So Mike should be the person you take it to first.”
