After a Stuffy service center in Michigan went through and redid my entire brake system my brakes failed about a month later.This guy did about half the amount of work as they did and charged me less then 10% of what they charged me. Had I known about him before leaving Michigan I would have driven all the way down without brakes and paid him to do it right the first time.”

“I brought my car to beyond performance tuning 4 days ago. I had a few problems with my 2009 Chevy corvette including a random misfire and slip somewhere in the torque converter/transmission area. I had assumed I was looking at a new transmission but to my surprise Marcos was able to fix all of those issues I was having after installing a new throttle body and injector's and tuning my motor and transmission. I’m an so greatful that this shop opened up one of the best I’ve been to. And on top of fixing all of the issues with my car with his expert tuning abilities he got the job done in 2 days. My only complain is that they didn’t open sooner. I will not hesitate to travel back here in the future even though I am moving 10 hours away. Definitely worth the drive to work with beyond performance tuning.”

“I was having some severe issues with my Dodge Ram 2500 Cummins, as another shop in Monroe GA had installed a non VGT compound turbo setup and when that shop got finished, the fuel economy went from 22 mpg down to the neighborhood of 14 mpg. I had no idea that Mike still owned Boosted Boar, or I would had gone there the first time, back in July of 2022.I contacted Mike and told him about this place where I had gone to, and was embarrassed to tell him what I had done, and how the other shop had only made matters worse. I purchased a Fleece Performance VGT Turbo, which is a lightly massaged stock turbo, as Mike told me he would have his main diesel mechanic, Chet, to install it. It took him a little more than a day all together, to pull off the bigger non VGT turbos, dual CP3 pumps, and the 90 over injectors, then installed the Fleece Turbo, with a new set of stock injectors.The other shop told me, with the big non-VGT compound turbos, dual injector pumps, and 90 over injectors, I could get much better fuel economy, as much as 1000 to 1200 horsepower, much lower EGT's, and could pull anything I wanted to. I told him I wanted 500 to 600 horses MAX, as my transmission from SunCoast was only rated for 600 horses, but he didn't hear me say that, although I told him several times.When Chet was removing all which had been put on by the shop in Monroe GA, he told me none of the inlet air tube and turbo bands had never been tightened, and they had not put on a couple of important sensors, which resulted in poor fuel economy and a bucking when going up a slight grade. The other shop told me the compounds had to be broken in, and there was something wrong with the super SunCoast transmission. As it turned out, the 'Cummins Tech' at the other shop in North GA didn't know what he was doing in the first place, and what they sold me was way overkill for what I told them I wanted. They only wanted the money and didn't care about me.This turbo which Chet installed at Boosted Boar was right the first time, and has gotten as much as 24.5 mpg, and runs absolutely great !!! I highly recommend Boosted Boar Diesel Performance, as these guys actually care about people and want them to be happy with what they do. Thank you Mike and Chet, for doing such a great job, and for telling me the mistakes that the other shop couldn't figure out.”
“They have been in business most of my life for good reasons simply because They are good at what they do and I trust them .I have thousands of hours invested in computer science/programming and the automotive repair industry and it is so misleading that people believe reading codes with a code reader is somehow diagnostics . Late model cars are becoming more complex everything is computer controlled ,troubleshooting requires not only expensive equipment and knowledge,skill it also requires paying for oem required service information. Aftermarket Professional scan tools are not only expensive but paid subscription based .There are those situations out there where programming is the only remedy and most parts replaced require being coded to the vehicle . A code reader doesn't know that there are broken or melted wires or loose or a connections etc. I'm here to say that good shops like this don't operate or exist out of their own pocket . The average person lacks education on what it takes because of the belief that going to a big box store and getting a free code scan along with a printed shopping list is free diagnostics .
