Judy invited us to look over the facility and was brilliant at putting our concerns to rest. Bindi spent a week at the lodge and was absolutely fine. The crew had taken excellent care of her. We have issues trimming her nails, but Judy did an amazing job. I would 100% use the lodge again and wholeheartedly recommend them
