They have most everything you could want to make you fuzzy ones happy and healthy Associate helped me find what I want, only issue was price on location was not what I was charged But I did not double check if it was what I got. It could have just been in the wrong spot, not really an issue. Product was a bit misleading as it indicated it was for the weight of my beast, but fine print indicated it was only half, should have read it before I left.

3661 Eisenhower Pkwy, MaconI came back here out of nostalgia. I used to visit when I was younger, back when the mall was always crowded and busy, just to pet the cute puppies. Now that I’m much older, I do have some concerns about the hamster and rat care, but I’d rather not dog on a pet shop - these are just temporary homes for the animals there.
I plan to come back in a few weeks to buy a shorkie. He’s the cutest little thing I’ve ever seen, and I’m really hoping everything goes well.
Besides my opinion on the rat and hamster care, the place was actually really nice. The puppies had a pen+toys to run around and play in, which was great to see.
Edit: puppy was sold, ive decided on a different puppy at a closer shop, I also meant rabbits not hampsters I apologize haha I may come back for future purchases if im looking for another puppy.

She has been going to Sonya's for over a year now and they work well with her and greet her craziness with open arms. My dog seems to enjoy going there now. Drop off and pick up is super convenient. We lost our senior guy Dodger last year to Cancer, and we would have never known about the diagnoses if Dr.Bettis hadn’t rechecked his labs before going in for a dental. Dodger loved everyone there, which was rare! He had some fear aggression when it came to strangers. The entire office treated him so sweetly that he genuinely loved coming in.
We’re so grateful we were able to offer him a humane way out rather than suffering any longer.
I will always be grateful to how gentle and caring Dr.Bettis was when it was his time. They gave him a lovely dinner and chocolates and he was so loved.
The entire office clearly loves and cares for all of their patients. Wonderful team!
We will use Hope for as long as they’re around! Thank you to the entire team! ?

AVS Animal Hospital
4634 Presidential Pkwy Suite Q, MaconMy sweet cat Selena needed to be seen on the same day and I wasn’t able to secure a visit with her regular vet except for a late time after hours which would have racked up an extra charge just for being after hours. I called AVS, got worked in within a couple of hours and the bill was much less than where she usually goes, or I should say, USED to go! The staff are both very friendly and professional and they treated my baby with great care! Not going anywhere else!

I have used them for years.
I was recently in a total panic when my two indoor cats started vomiting, but this team was amazing! They calmed me down, thoroughly checked them out, and gave them shots to feel better. I was shocked at how affordable the bill was, too. I even called the next day because they still weren't eating, and the advice they gave worked perfectly. Both cats are doing great now—highly recommend!

Listed me the prices of products and even went above and beyond by noting the active ingredients and his own personal recommendations.The prices are very fair. The customer service was above and beyond excellent. Can't recommend enough. 10/5 stars.

MR PJ'S GO WINGS & HIBACHI
3960 Northside Dr, MaconMy experience here was very disappointing because of the customer service we received from an employee named Shay. From the moment my girlfriend and I ordered, her attitude toward us was noticeably different from how she treated other customers.
While taking our order, Shay interrupted us to answer the phone and take another customer’s order without apologizing or asking us to wait. When our food was ready, she simply left our plate on the counter without saying anything and never asked if we needed any sauces, even though I watched her ask other customers the same question. At one point, while we were speaking with another employee, Shay barged into the conversation with an unnecessary attitude.
Another employee actually had to step in and help us because of the poor service we were receiving, and that employee was polite and professional. Unfortunately, Shay’s behavior overshadowed the experience.
After we left, we called the restaurant to share our concerns. When Shay answered the phone, she spoke as if she was the manager and handled the call that way, rather than transferring us to a manager or letting us speak with one. That only added to our frustration because we were trying to provide feedback about our experience.
On top of that, Shay’s appearance didn’t seem appropriate for a customer-facing role. She was wearing a crop top with a black tank top underneath, which did not appear to reflect a professional workplace standard.
Everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of courtesy and respect. Based on our experience, we did not receive that. I hope management reviews this situation and addresses the customer service and professionalism issues so future customers have a much better experience.
