“I took in a leaking hose/well attachment for a faucet. J. Braddock not only found the right parts but proceeded to remove old parts, mount new ones AND test the new connections. You don’t get that service at a big box store! What a blessing he was to me! He didn’t have to do any of that and went over and beyond to help me. THAT is customer service. So thankful for people who still care about their customers. Thank you again!!! Shout out to Jackson who took my pictures from text and said they could help me before I came!”

They told her to come on in her and the store manager was awesome !”
“I went to this location tonight and was very pleased with all the employees I spoke with. One kind lady(didn’t catch her name) went out of her way to get my husband and I help loading a vanity into our truck. Also needed help finding an item, it showed in stock online but the location for it was empty Mikhail and Caesar went above and beyond getting a whole pallet from the top shelf down for me. This happened right at closing as well and they still helped me. Will definitely be going back! Great employees working there.”
