“I took in a leaking hose/well attachment for a faucet. J. Braddock not only found the right parts but proceeded to remove old parts, mount new ones AND test the new connections. You don’t get that service at a big box store! What a blessing he was to me! He didn’t have to do any of that and went over and beyond to help me. THAT is customer service. So thankful for people who still care about their customers. Thank you again!!! Shout out to Jackson who took my pictures from text and said they could help me before I came!”

“I needed a good, solid washer for my Mom Her long time washer had finally broken down and couldn’t be repaired. Kevin and Vanessa at FM took great care of me, and I got a great deal on a GE washer. It’s perfect for my Mom.
These are good people and they care, which is rare these days. They are good at what they do, and it’s great to see a family business like this. I’ll go back next time I need an appliance.”

“This is to recognize Adele Henderson at the Franklin location. When my wife and I first entered this store, Ms. Henderson, at her desk, looked up, greeted us, asked if we needed any assistance, got up, came to us and welcomed us. After explaining why we came in, she took us around the store explaining different plumbing fixtures, listened to our thoughts and questions and gave sound advice on the product, all the while taking notes.
Ms. Henderson certainly was the model customer service rep, the example all customer service reps should emulate. After visiting other plumbing stores, we shall look no further and will not do business with anyone other than Adele Henderson. Well done!”
“I went to this location tonight and was very pleased with all the employees I spoke with. One kind lady(didn’t catch her name) went out of her way to get my husband and I help loading a vanity into our truck. Also needed help finding an item, it showed in stock online but the location for it was empty Mikhail and Caesar went above and beyond getting a whole pallet from the top shelf down for me. This happened right at closing as well and they still helped me. Will definitely be going back! Great employees working there.”

Girlfriend had something back fire on her after she tried to go to rent a center and they lied bout delivery the product that she had ordered called Arron’s talked to Vikki my girlfriend told her that she wouldn’t be there till 5:39 and the store closed at 6 . They told her to come on in her and the store manager was awesome !”

“Home depot, they are all the same. Every store is stocked well. Im glad I know where everything is located... no employees to help if you can't locate and item. Last night I needed a professional hand power spray bottle. I'm on Isle 1 ...the cleaning supply isle. I noticed an employee putting back returned items. I standing with my back to the spray bottles. I ask the employee what isle can I find an empty spray bottle. She tells me it's in the garden department. I explained, I don't need a bottle to mist my plants. I need a spray bottle for cleaning detergent. The employee said yes all the spray bottles are in the garden department. So I Moved to the side of the cleaning spray bottles to show her that they are in the cleaning isle. Isle 1 not in garden. Her reply was... they must have relocated them last night. Now, mind you ...the bottles have been there for 3yrs plus. My only complaint is you need more employees in all the stores. And please train them to knowledgeable in their products and location. Also , most employees could use a few classes on customer service ❗”

“I was getting frustrated looking for an item,I asked one of the worker for help,wasn't much help at all. He look like he didn't understand me at first but proceed to tell me which aisle to go to and that I will find what I was looking for. Nope it wasn't it. I came across another worker Ms.Susan (Sparky) and omg she's a godsend. Not only did came with me to the aisle she continued to help me find it. It wasn't where it said it'll be, she didn't give up and looked all over until she found that it was up high! Went to grab a ladder and did her thangggg! Thank you so much for your help Ms.Sparky!”

I dealt directly with Clayton in the automobile servicing for install of my subwoofer/amp. He was friendly and knowledgeable, install took longer than anticipated but I rather they do things right then rush. No complaints and good work done.”

Very easy. Had a return the other day. Had receipt. Absolute best return process in all of retail. Took seconds, not minutes.”
