They’re super friendly and got lots of boots. do not make the mistake of going to Cavender‘s boots at the mall of Georgia worst place I’ve ever been to bought a pair of $300 boots. I waited almost 2 days with these clowns. They said they could stretch them. They knew good and well they couldn’t stretch them and then the worst things they didn’t want to return them, why would I buy a pair of boots they didn’t fit?”

“CAUTION: I’m beginning to question if this company exists. I submitted my order on June 30, 2026 and have yet to see my order transition from “Getting Ready to Ship”. I’ve reached out to customer service without so much as a whisper in return. The sales rep was extremely quick to reach out confirming my order and asking if I wanted anything else but is unable to assist me in just making contact with the customer service team regarding the status of my order. I’m an extremely patient person as long as communication is occurring but black on comms concerns me that I’m out the cost of my order. I’m hopeful someone is monitoring their reviews and contacts me direct so we can rectify the situation.

Update: 29 July 2026: Changed from a 1 Star to 4 Star Review. Customer service reached out a couple weeks after my inquiry regarding issues with their transition to a different ordering system and customer service revamp. My order was finally delivered on 24 July 2026. Hopefully the company will send out these messages with the order confirmation in the future for expectation management if there is longer than anticipated shipping times or even a disclaimer on the website if it’s not already posted. Seems like the perfect storm if the ordering system and customer service are going through a transition. Regardless, the product is worth the purchase and highly recommend for anyone seeking some gnarly gear. It will be worth the wait. Great quality and perfect fit.”
