“We went in on Saturday to get my soon to be husband measured and worked with Amelia and she was fantastic. She sized him using their fit map and advised us on how to get his size. We returned on Sunday with my dad and got him fitted for a suit. She was just the best. She joked along with us and didn’t make us feel like we were another number. She helped us out above and beyond. She needs a raise or something. She is fantastic and knowledgeable about fits and sizing. Loved her!!”
“Love this store! Lots of great merch! Especially on Avatar the Last Airbender :) and great deals too. Every employee has been kind and helpful. Especially JOKIM at store 4657 in Mall of Georgia who just helped my family with our purchases today. He was very patient and kind.
My only complaint would be that the store is a little crowded and hard to move through but I do like how bright and the store is verus Hot Topic which is waaaaay to dark.”
“I don’t really shop at buckle like that but me and my coworkers had come in to purchase some items for a work event and the staff was very helpful, especially Mitzly. Honestly she went above and beyond any expectations. Super nice and sweet and patient. Also Mel, was killer ! Both of their customer service was A1. We had surpassed the time we were supposed to be there and they were really kind and understanding. They were not rude or had attitudes because rig it was me I’d be annoyed of us haha. But I have to give them props for their patience and helpfulness. Honestly would return just based off their customer service :)”

Even so, I scanned the price tag with the app to verify the price, and it seemed to be the same as online, so the cashier very kindly charged me what the app showed. Just double-check the price before paying to make sure you pay the correct amount.”

“I never leave reviews for retail stores but I was in there yesterday, and Chase and Howard were so dang nice. Retail jobs are a lot of work and can be frustrating so I don’t expect 5 star over the top customer service ever (just don’t be a jerk, that simple) but Chase and Howard were putting out good energy and smiles. Also, the store was clean and very organized.”
“I shop here a lot, and for the most part, have had decent experiences with staff. But there is one employee that rubs me the wrong way, and I avoid him at all costs. The rest of the ladies are lovely and helpful.”

“I took my daughter school shopping today and we were helped by two associates one at the fitting rooms and one at check out. Both associates were kind and engaged with us in conversation. I wish I had asked their names, the young woman was adorable and had overalls and glasses on and the young man at the counter also had glasses and I want to say a burgundy shirt? Anyway I say all that to say we had a wonderful experience and these two associates were very nice and helpful.”
“First off Charisma and Alany were excellent and very professional. I had a great experience during my visit to Foot Locker yesterday. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by friendly staff who made me feel welcome without being pushy. They were knowledgeable, answered my questions, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. The store was clean, organized, and easy to shop. Checkout was quick and efficient, and the cashier was courteous and professional. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the entire shopping experience exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be returning and would recommend this location to others.”
