“We were so incredibly impressed with Armando at Verizon Oakwood. The day before we had gone to a corporate store and asked for help to upgrade my phone and transfer it to our daughter. We left disappointed because the sales person was more interested in selling us a new line or new plan than helping with what I asked. Armando not only understood and helped us do exactly what we needed but he also suggested a savings on our monthly plan *and* he went above and beyond to travel to another store that had the color I wanted on his *own* time and set it and the transferred phone up for us! We won’t bother with a corporate store again, thank you!!!!!!!”
“I was in desperate need of some phone service. I had been given a phone by my loving family out there in Cali. I was able to get serviced with an unlimited plan commensurate with the price paid. It being an older device they supposedly didn't have an Otter Box nor apparently a similar/equivalent phone protector. I was suitably miffed about this lack of inventory and for MY phone no less. On the flip side I DID understand how it was possible. I promptly paid , received my receipt and change and then exited the premises. Staff was courteous. Store was immaculate as is the running trend with the Metro PCS stores I've frequented in the past.”

“David was such a great help!! Thank you so much for explaining everything to us and being as patient as you were. I would recommend this location over the Jesse jewel parkway in Gainsville. He didn’t try to pin the blame on us or make us feel at fault for things out of our control at all. Our phone was traded in however it was lost in their warehouse so I wasn’t being credited on the account or eligible for promotions. We found the tracking number and he stayed on call with customer service until the issues was resolved. He did WAY more than the other four locations did. All the other locations were telling I had to go to different locations to fix this issue or a corporate store and they all said they couldn’t help with this ( not even customer service)..The original store just sent us away and asked to wait ore than what we had already invest in.”
