“We were so incredibly impressed with Armando at Verizon Oakwood. The day before we had gone to a corporate store and asked for help to upgrade my phone and transfer it to our daughter. We left disappointed because the sales person was more interested in selling us a new line or new plan than helping with what I asked. Armando not only understood and helped us do exactly what we needed but he also suggested a savings on our monthly plan *and* he went above and beyond to travel to another store that had the color I wanted on his *own* time and set it and the transferred phone up for us! “It was absolutely great, they understood my situation in needing to have a cheaper plan and not only was i able to switch over easily they were able to get my plan down as cheap as it can get within the guidelines that i requested (keeping a hot spot, still having a good amount of data). everything was laid out very clearly and Tyler took the time to ensure that I understood what i was getting into. 10/10 experience, I'm very grateful!”

“Have been a Cricket customer for 4 years and pleased with them. Had to buy a new phone. Great service from Mara and Penelope. (Browns Bridge Road in Gainesville, GA) However, after a few hours the phone locked me out, asking for a password to sign in. I had NOT set up a password. After some research, I found out this is a common problem with the phone I bought. (Samsung 24) I took it back to the store. Mara was able to get it fixed and gave me a few tips to help me!!
