“Great service! I took my phone for a 5 pm appointment for a bad digitizer and they had it fixed by 6:30 pm which is the time they promised me. They exceeded my expectations on service. I'm so happy with my phone being fixed today and not having to mail it in to fix it I feel like I won the lottery. The sales associate was also very friendly, professional, and had a wonderful sense of humor too! Overall, I can't say enough about this fantastic business! I highly recommend going here for any phone repairs! We will go here from now on!”

Some times I just pop in to see the new phones and they still take their time to explain the latest features and how it compares to my phone.Speaking of phones. It took 3 months of me going and out of the store to purchase the S23. Not once did they grow frustrated or ignore me.Because this place has great workers, who know what they're doing. You're not going to bully your way past the wait list. Everyone will have their fair turn and get their questions answered.”

“I was in desperate need of some phone service. I had been given a phone by my loving family out there in Cali. I was able to get serviced with an unlimited plan commensurate with the price paid. It being an older device they supposedly didn't have an Otter Box nor apparently a similar/equivalent phone protector. I was suitably miffed about this lack of inventory and for MY phone no less. On the flip side I DID understand how it was possible. I promptly paid , received my receipt and change and then exited the premises. Staff was courteous. Store was immaculate as is the running trend with the Metro PCS stores I've frequented in the past.”

“While my husband has had T-Mobile for a few months, I finally decided to move my service from Verizon who I’ve always had since owning a cell phone. The service provided by Tristan at the Jesse Jewel store was beyond what we expected to receive. He was able to answer all of our questions and we had several. My husband acquired a new watch and I upgraded to a new phone. Tristan was nice enough to transfer everything over from my old phone to my new phone which was greatly appreciated. Tristan was not only patient with us but very knowledgeable and professional while handling all of our transactions. I highly recommend this store. Ask for Tristan.”
“Everyone is putting down this Target, but I love it. It's wonderful. It's peaceful and quiet and the workers are happy and helpful. It's not a Super Target, but it's a clean and good store. I stopped in there to use the restroom one time and was so thankful and pleased because it was in good order. Sometimes Walmart bathrooms are just filthy. I love shopping here and I'm thankful for the store. All seems good to me!”
