“I don't shop very often Publix, but when I have I go for their delicious subs and pastries. Today I went in to exchange a box of diapers that were gifted but unfortunately are too small for my baby and too big for my other baby. I had already tried Wal-Mart nearby but they said they couldn't help without a receipt even after explainingmy situation. So before I stopped at the nearest Publix, I did call in advance and asked if I could exchange without a receipt before stopping by and the lady said yes and she confirmed that they do not carry the brand I was exchanging but it was still doable and could be put on a gift card. When I arrived they told me they could not do that and after I explained everything, the lady I spoke to in the phone did apologize because she misunderstood me. Needless to say, the staff there were all so sweet and felt extremely sorry for me driving there and the misunderstanding and they gave me suggestions on where to go to exchange the box of diapers without a receipt since it was a gift. The manager offered me a gift card for the trouble and misunderstanding but I refused it and they insisted. I was very grateful because they didn't owe me anything but out of kindness and helping a mother with diapers for her baby was so touching to me. They also gifted me with a box of thebsize diapers I needed for my baby. I was going to pay for them but the staff insisted it was a gift. It's very good to know there are people out there who are still willing to help. I not only had amazing customer service from the managers and the two ladies at customer service but also from the cashiers. Everyone was so helpful and empathetic. Thank you to the amazing staff at this location. ????”

“Just shoped here for a few items today and was pleasantly surprised how friendly and courteous the staff were they have reorganized the store displays and asiles very clean and tidy with an expanded aldi finds asile nice seasonal fruit selection good meat selection as well and the prices are extremely competitive I saved alot and purchased some treats for myself I paid cash and was not publicly humiliated and shamed for doing so like my recent experience at a place a mile from home that I had frequented for years They treated me like a valued customer even though I only spent 50$ talking to the staff they say Wednesday is the best day to shop as all the new stuff come in very refreshing to treated so graciously excellent communication and customer service Thank you”

“Stopped by for a couple subs today. Julie and Balthazar were working the sub station. Absolutely amazing employees. They had a bit of a difficult guest in front of us who was less than pleased about them being out of a limited time item. They went and checked for her after saying they were out and then were still just the most pleasant with her and us after that interaction. Truly one of the most pleasant and best interactions I’ve had with any employees anywhere in a good while.”

“Always perfect we go there when we are in Gainesville ga to go to Dr office and always stop to get a sub to take home. We absolutely love the subs ...today we discovered the olive bar!!! Absolutely wonderful we love the marinated mushrooms the flavored grilled olives and the flavored mozzarella balls were absolutely amazing. They all taste so good. We will definitely have those again.”

“My goto for basics. Saves me money. Today I scored some reduced cans of tomato soup 14 cents a piece. Regular prices are also very good and cheaper than everywhere else. Sometimes they also have German food items that are very good. Theu even have a nice wine collection to choose from. I have been shopping at ALDI'S since I was a child in Germany.”

“The service is not the best, but the store is large and you can find a wide variety of Mexican products. In addition, you can make shipments to Mexico, for a cost of 3dlls per pound (information obtained until 2023, may vary in subsequent years)”

“Just can't beat Walmart no matter what your buying or trying to find to buy bc they always have it and it's always reasonable prices . Clean store and isles are free of debris.. Walmart is just the place to go for just about anything.. If you don't love Walmart you haven't ever been .”
