“This is a response to our most recent review from Mike.
In his review he expresses how he was told he could not purchase the set off of the floor. This is correct. Since we have been open, we have ordered our merchandise in and not sold off of the floor unless we could no longer receive this item. We are not allowed to sell off of the floor during this liquidation process, because as he stated our sign says everything must go. This is correct. We have to sell merchandise out of the warehouse first before we sell the floor model. If we just sold everything off of the floor then no one would know what we have left in the warehouse.
It is also stated how prices are non negotiable. This is also correct. We do not have control over the prices. These prices are given by the liquidation company, which we as a store have no control over. There is absolutely no way for us to go into the system and change a price for anyone.
Our delivery and assembly fee that was mentioned is also a delivery and assembly charge that has been this amount for almost two years. If you do not want to pay this fee, we also have a pickup option. There is no additional charge to pick up your merchandise.

“Several years ago I purchased an office desk for my office. The rail on one of the drawers came lose. I tried for some time to fix it but I was unsuccessful. I then called Masons and ask them if they could possibly tell me how to repair the drawer. They said they would pull my invoice and give me a call back. I too went and found my invoice and I had actually purchased the desk in 2012. About a week and a half later two men showed up at my office from Masons and repaired the desk for me at no charge! Now that's customer service! I never expected anyone from Mason's to come to my office. Apparently this is a company that knows what customer service is. Thank you Masons!”

“I love shopping at Blessingdales. The prices are reasonable and I always find great items for my home as well as clothes and accessories. I find that some other thrift stores price their items above what the item is actually worth, but Blessingdales is just right. They even changed their store hours to 10am to 6pm Monday - Saturday!”

“Security is awesome! That could be both good and bad?. I occasionally need to access my vehicle that a family member drives to work on occasion. This last time it was the kids' backpacks,that were left in the vehicle the day before. I had to wait on security to let me in the gate to access my own vehicle. To do that, they have to locate the person who you know inside the building,who works there and make sure it's all legit before allowing you to enter the parking lot. That's ok though because I feel it is safe and secure by doing so. They were late for school but no biggie. I appreciate the security team. Also it's easy to locate the property and far enough off the road to not be waiting on the highway as you're sitting at said closed gate. ?”
“The store isn’t very big, and the prices are a bit on the higher side, but it’s so well organized, and there are so many things I want to buy. Even the scent is so pleasant that it makes me want to stay longer.”
