“I would like to first start out saying that I found the most amazing Verizon representative at the Berwick location and her name is Nautica just like the brand… We had a two day fiasco from the Richmond Hill, location where we were misinformed and misled on how to do a phone transfer that should’ve taken no more than an hour but turn into two days …. Nautica was able to resolve our issue same day and send us home with a working phone and performed a proper trade-in. If you need things done right when you’re upgrading your phone I recommend seeing Nautica. She is kind, nice, friendly, and knows her stuff.”

“Came in with a broken iphone backing after searching all of Savannah for a place that would actually do it, had the parts, and wasn't charging an arm and a leg. They let me know everything about the replacement and got it done in a timely manner without damaging any other part of my phone. Will only ever come back get to fix my electronics!”
