Metro a great experience for customers that note helpful staff setting new phone up and taking time explaining options. Customers had a wonderful experience and received great information on phones and savings, and staff was fantastic, polite, and very knowledgeable of the system. Staff give detailed recommendations customers come in to shop around and customers will definitely be coming back here. Loyal customers like having to pay full price and activation for a new phone and new customers can get a phone for free, and should look out for customers that have been there.
