“I recently had to get my front and back brakes both replaced pretty abruptly. We all know how much of a punch to the gut it is to have to fork over an arm and a leg at the drop of a hat in this economy, but this entire experience with CBA was surprisingly nothing short of pleasant and wonderful! They were incredibly friendly, kind and warm to me. I usually feel very guarded and anxious when dealing with anything car related, especially when I cannot have a man with me to help me understand… not here. I felt comfortable the entire time, they explained everything to me in detail, gave me time and space to decide what I could and couldn’t afford and were upfront with the work that needed to be done // could wait.
Overall, I’m willing to pay a little more if I know I’m going to be treated like a friend instead of a number. I trust their work, their employees and I’m impressed with how far advanced this business is compared to any other car service I’ve ever worked with! “They get it done here. I was able to get 2 of my cars emission tested in under an hour. That’s what I call service. It’s a bit expensive considering GoGreen Emissions @ Downtown Snellville, but I wouldn’t burn the gas to go over there if you’re not already in Snellville. You spend more going over there than you save.”

“Mr Carma was very helpful and diligent on fixing my car. After visiting 3 different places and no one to help me I found Carma Tire Shop. At 5pm my car began to make a loud noise. I was worried because I need it to work very early in the morning the following day. Even though Mr Carma close at 6pm he stay over his closing time to ensure my car was fix.
