They care about getting things done correctly, not just turning around what might be the right repair as quickly as possible. Never had any bullshit charges either, like I have at other places. “We drive from Conyers to LIlburn after moving away 5 years ago. I discovered these honest folks about ten years ago. I'd just purchased a brand new Ford Explorer and one morning got in my car to go to work, but noticed a strong smell of gasoline and a small puddle on the ground. Stopped at Lilburn's Chevron to have it checked out and they diagnosed a ruptured fuel line. When I asked for a repair estimate they called the dealership and had them come and get it and bring me a loaner vehicle. -- no charge as it was covered under warranty. It would not have occurred to me to think about my warranty in that time of crisis, but Harrison took great care and went the distance to help.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and I use them for all of our cars' services, despite the lengthy drive to get there.”

My 1st visit that week to get my oil changed was not a good experience. The gentleman that checked me in lied to me about the wait time (when I suggested rescheduling) and had me waiting for over an hour before he even checked my car in. I was there sooo long until when he came in with Keri to get me, he didn’t even remember who owned the car.
When I returned Keri was exceptionally kind and soooo respectful.
He made me feel as if I was his top priority. Even while I was waiting, he came into the lounge to get himself a bottled water and he automatically got one for me. This young man deserves to be recognized a rewarded for his exceptional customer service.”

He explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I knew what was being done to my vehicle. He was also very quick and efficient, but still took the time to make sure everything was done properly. I really appreciated his professionalism and great customer service.

“I stumbled upon SLB automotive after a mishap. My daughter had mistakenly filled my gas tank with diesel. I had the car towed to the dealership, where I was told that I needed to file a claim with my insurance company and that it was going to be very expensive and time consuming to fix the issue. To cut a long story short, I decided to do an online such for a mechanic. The angels guided me to Jeremy, the owner of SLB automotive. Jeremy gave me peace by explaining what needed to be done to remove the diesel. I had my car towed to his shop and within less than 2 hours, he had my car fixed at a very good price.If you are lucky to find Jeremy, he is a keeper. I highly recommend his services, and I am so grateful to him. In encountering Jeremy, I believe that Kindness still exist in our world??????”
