They care about getting things done correctly, not just turning around what might be the right repair as quickly as possible. Never had any bullshit charges either, like I have at other places. Also, communication is excellent. Nothing negative to say and you should go here.”

“We drive from Conyers to LIlburn after moving away 5 years ago. I discovered these honest folks about ten years ago. I'd just purchased a brand new Ford Explorer and one morning got in my car to go to work, but noticed a strong smell of gasoline and a small puddle on the ground. Stopped at Lilburn's Chevron to have it checked out and they diagnosed a ruptured fuel line. When I asked for a repair estimate they called the dealership and had them come and get it and bring me a loaner vehicle. -- no charge as it was covered under warranty. It would not have occurred to me to think about my warranty in that time of crisis, but Harrison took great care and went the distance to help.
I cannot recommend them highly enough and I use them for all of our cars' services, despite the lengthy drive to get there.”

Heath the assistant service manager is always professional and funny and keeps me up to date via phone call and or text messages on the service needed with detailed pricing Etc and the expected time that my vehicle will be ready. I really appreciate it the video that was sent to me for the corrosion on my battery I like that experience. I have also had to call in an emergency and I was told to come in right away, to find out what was going on with my car check engine light. I highly recommend Stone Mountain Nissan”

Nedson Costa was very professional, worked with me to get everything approved over the phone so when I got there all I had to do was sign the papers. He stayed there until everything was complete. He’s the man to go to if you’re looking to be treated like a VIP. He will make every effort to get you in the right car for your needs. Sam in finance was so wonderful, he was great in explaining everything and was willing to stay late to get it finish for me to drive the car off the lot. Also I really appreciated the dealership’s management team for they were willing to stay open longer on a Sunday over me arriving late due to traffic. “I stumbled upon SLB automotive after a mishap. My daughter had mistakenly filled my gas tank with diesel. I had the car towed to the dealership, where I was told that I needed to file a claim with my insurance company and that it was going to be very expensive and time consuming to fix the issue. To cut a long story short, I decided to do an online such for a mechanic. The angels guided me to Jeremy, the owner of SLB automotive. Jeremy gave me peace by explaining what needed to be done to remove the diesel. I had my car towed to his shop and within less than 2 hours, he had my car fixed at a very good price.If you are lucky to find Jeremy, he is a keeper. I highly recommend his services, and I am so grateful to him. In encountering Jeremy, I believe that Kindness still exist in our world??????”
