I absolutely panicked when I needed to replace my generator power cord. I couldn't find one in store anywhere, and online had a 7-day delivery window...in a HEAT WAVE 🥵. And then I called Northern Room. After so many no's we don't carry what you need I got a yes, and it was in stock. Gabriel was so helpful and reassured me my drive wouldn't be in vain, there were two in stock. This was my first experience with NT, but it won't be my last.”

“I love Lowe's, but I have been looking elsewhere since they started limiting the veteran discounts in the past few years. I'm writing today because of a terrible experience. I created a curbside pickup order the day before for a single can of spray paint. By noon the next day, they couldn't be bothered to pick the item to have it ready for me. I wanted curbside because I didn't want to hassle taking my toddler into the store. The item was available on the shelf. I wanted to talk to a manager, but no one could find one and customer service was too busy. Again, great store, just a bad single experience.”

“The Logan store is one of the best locations when you need help with anything. All the employees are so knowledgeable. I went to Home Depot in Loganville. Patty in the Pro department helped me with everything she even made sure she picked out items that would cost me less money. I love everyone in the Loganville store. “They were recommended to me by a friend who builds metal buildings. I went there to buy a well-made metal door with a good locking mechanism for my shop. My 25-year old shop door was falling apart. They have a large, clean well-organized warehouse with a wide variety of metal doors, frames, and hardware. The guy I met with is named Jim. He helped us select the right door for my shop with all the right hardware. I've been shopping for a few months around and their price was MUCH BETTER than I could find on the internet. The quality appears to be very good too. If you're buying one commercial door or a few truckloads, I highly recommend these people.”
“I was getting frustrated looking for an item,I asked one of the worker for help,wasn't much help at all. He look like he didn't understand me at first but proceed to tell me which aisle to go to and that I will find what I was looking for. Nope it wasn't it. I came across another worker Ms.Susan (Sparky) and omg she's a godsend. Not only did came with me to the aisle she continued to help me find it. It wasn't where it said it'll be, she didn't give up and looked all over until she found that it was up high! Went to grab a ladder and did her thangggg! Thank you so much for your help Ms.Sparky!”

“Moesha, the Assistant Store Manager at the Lilburn Lowe’s, truly turned a frustrating experience into a positive one. I had a difficult customer service issue with an order from Saturday that caused quite a bit of inconvenience. When I came in to address it, Moesha handled the situation with so much grace, patience, and professionalism.
Even with a long line behind me, she took the time to listen, understand the issue, and work toward a solution without making me feel rushed. Her calm demeanor and ability to de-escalate the situation made a big difference. It’s clear she knows how to properly handle customer concerns and genuinely cares about resolving them.

He looked and wasn’t able to find them at first but instead of just giving up he said “hold on a second” and took out the paperback catalog and flipped through it until he found another version of what I needed. “Went to Home Depot tool rental in Snellville yesterday to rent electric floor scraper to remove some glue down wood flooring. Place was super busy but Mr. Walter addressed me and said I’ll be with you shortly. We walked to where the floor scrapers were and they were all reserved for pick up. Mr. Walter said there should be another one over here and began looking around. Sure enough we found it in another bay. Someone put it in the wrong place. Because Mr. Walter knew there was another one it made it possible for me to get what I needed. He simply could have said sorry sir they’re all rented out. I appreciate his attention to detail and customer service. I took the floor scraper back this morning and Mr. Walter was there again! He greeted me again and we checked the machine back in. It was very refreshing to encounter someone who was very personable and great at their job! Keep up the great attitude and great work Mr. Walter, you are the reason I will continue to use the tool rental department at my local Snellville Home Depot!”
