“Bought a new mail box cedar post along with an XL mailbox. Needed someone with experience to make sure the hugh mailbox was securely attached. Called Chris at Southern Post. He did a fantastic job. First for safety he has gas lines checked and marked. Then added cement to make sure post was well established in the ground. He even brought extra things he knew he would need to adequately secure such a large mailbox to the wooden cedar post. Very pleased with his professional service. And it’s always good to deal with local establishment companies.”
“The owner, Jim, is the greatest. Our daughter is starting at UGA and we are out of state. There were no good options in Athens to ship dorm essentials in advance of her move. We reached out to Jim since his Pak Mail location is located roughly halfway between Atlanta and Athens. He allowed us for a nominal fee to ship whatever we needed to his store (i.e., Amazon, Target, etc.) and then he kept it in a safe and secure manner until we arrived last week for the move in. Jim went above and beyond for us. Our flight was late and by the time we reached Lawrenceville, his store had been closed for several hours. However, Jim graciously agreed to come back to the store after hours to allow us to pick up all of our boxes. While it must have been intrusive on Jim's life to assist us, he did it with a smile and positive wishes for our daughter's move to Athens. We cannot thank Jim enough for his help. I highly recommend Jim's Pak Mail store to anyone including future out of state UGA students who find themselves in the same predicament as us. Go Dawgs!”

“I have some building plans printed and they sent me to another location which was fine. Problem is you couldn't read the plans when they were printed. They didn't even tell me when I picked them up. They wont give me my 55 dollars back. Said it was my fault. I sent the same email attached plans to another ups location and they printed just fine and it cost me 34 instead of 55.
I got a phone call today and the UPS store realized their mistake and will credit me back all of my money.”

“There’s is a young lady blonde long hair, i did not get her name. This girl is the best employee ever, every time i go there she smiles and always has a great attitude. Today it was busy it happened that she was also training but this girl did not one second lost her positive attitude or didn’t stop being nice to her customers. Thank you for what you do.”
“I often come here to get my paperwork notarized. Although normally only manned by one person, I'm never in there for more than 5 minutes. Prices for the notary services are reasonable at $5 a stamp/page. What really made me love this place was the courtesy that the owner showed. Recently I left my ID there and didn't know. I returned from a trip to find a piece of mail in my mailbox stating that I left my ID and to please return. He was so cognizant and copied my ID on a scanner and printed it, then used a black marker to block out all of my information other than my photo. He also attached his business card and stated that he hopes this address is current and to please call him and that he will be holding it for me. In a world where people don't have the time or aren't courteous to protect another person's information I was just extremely impressed that he took the time to protect my information like that and thought of how someone could've utilized the information on my ID if for any reason my address wasn't updated. It's the little things and now this is likely the only place I will use moving forward.”

“There are two young men that work in this UPS store that are brothers and they are amazing. The old owners were rude and made you not want to patronize their establishment. No more - they appear to be gone and possibly new ownership because I am greeted with a pleasant smile and gracious attitude everytime I go in this establishment now. Kudos to these two young men for their diligence and hard work. It is not going unnoticed.”
