“My experience at Sugarloaf Mills Mall on December 18, 2023 is one I'll never forget! I'm not always a review writing girl but if I had a phenomenal experience somewhere, I need to let Yelp know about it! My daughter and I were last minute shopping for a dress for her 18th birthday. We were pretty certain we'd find something at Windsor because we always do but on this day nothing was really jumping out at her. An employee by the name of NAYDELI assisted us with a fitting room, found out the occasion we were celebrating and asked if she could pick out some pieces for my daughter to try on. She did not miss!! My daughter looooved one of her picks and it was the one she ended up choosing! Naydeli was like a dress fairy whizzing back and forth! She was absolutely incredible and so attentive you would've thought we were the only ones in the store but she was also in multitasking beast mode! I mean from start to finish, hands down this young lady has the retail biz in a headlock! The best Windsor customer service experience EVER!! Service so good, I almost asked for her schedule just to make sure I only come when she's there lol! Thank you, Naydeli!! (Pronounced exactly the way it's spelled, get it right!).”

“Absolutely love this store in DTL. Been in here multiple times but this time a dress in the window caught my daughter’s eye. The lady was so kind and welcoming even with it being so close to closing time. She said my daughter was welcome to use the fitting room to try on the dress, which she end up loving! She even offered my husband the “man chair” to relax in while he waited. He was thrilled. LOL. We will shop here again! Great vibe and energy!”

“Every time I go to a mall and take a spin through all the department stores, I inevitably end up back at Macy's to pull out my wallet. Simply the best choices, quality, and prices. This store is a miniature version with obviously fewer choices, but that's OK. At least you don't have to hunt down one of two registers on three floors of merchandise and stand in a roped-off line. That seems to be the way all the large department stores have gone.”
