As an island girl, I can handle a little heat, but it was obvious that the employees were extremely uncomfortable, and other customers were feeling it too. The team is doing a phenomenal job despite the conditions, and they deserve a comfortable work environment that reflects the effort and dedication they put into keeping the store looking amazing.

“This zumiez is my favorite zumiez out of all the locations in georgia because of how attentive they are here. Like if your looking for something they will help you either find it or tell you that they're out of stock. The also have all your skating needs”
“Not a bad store but I think this needs some attention brought to it… giving this five stars so more people see it. There is an Asian man who parks his car and when he sees people passing he will ask them for money. This happened to me twice and for the first time I was with my mom and didn’t think anything of it besides that he might be homeless and hungry so we gave him $2, a random man coming from lowkey out of nowhere up to two women can be frightening too. 3 months later I come back to this location (with some other people too) and he’s in the same spot asking for more money I recognized him immediately and thought it was a bit odd.. Thankfully he is not violent. Me and my mother believe he’s doing this as some sort of lazy way to make money. I just hope the money he gets isn’t being used to buy you know what.. My only advice would be to park a bit farther from Ross so you have a lower chance of bumping into him.”

“I shop at this location all the time, they always have a large selection of items, store is not as messy as a lot of the other stores, for restroom access you do have to go into the mall to use the restroom.”
“The employees are awesome! They were friendly and helpful. However inside of the building is freezing which makes shopping extremely unpleasant. I would have shopped more if it was warm and comfortable. I really feel for the employees who have to endure the freezing temperature all day.”
“This is the only place I've consistently been able to find formal dresses for my kids. From pageant dresses for my 4 year old, to pageant and prom dresses for my size 8 very girly teen to prom dresses for my size 14 very simple, modest teen, this place has had the dream dress for every child of mine for every occasion for which they need it. Every member of the staff has been knowledgeable and so kind and helpful but Jasmine in particular is a gem. She remembers us and even remembered that my younger teen is insecure and has a sensory issue and pulled a dress today that was the first dress my daughter tried on, and it was the one for my daughter. She fell in love with that dress and that dress and Jasmine made my daughter feel like the beautiful young lady she is. As a mother, I can't tell you how much that means to me. People only tend to leave reviews if there is an incentive to do so, or if it's a bad review. I don't agree with that. This shop, these dresses, and most of all, this shop's caring staff deserve 5 starts across the board. I'll never go to another dress shop.”

“So I went to Windsor off at Sugarloaf Mills mall, with the idea of finding a dress for my civil wedding. I was so stressed out because I couldn't find anything suitable and that fit. But Mr.David C. was so awesome and helpful, he actually helped me find the perfect dress that suitable for that event. And the store manger Micheal OMG he was so helpful with my shoes and jewelry. Now I'm all set for my civil wedding and thanks to this 2 amazing gentleman that were so helpful and made my shopping experience so amazing. I highly recommend this location, just ask for them for they do have the magic touch. They need a promotion and a rise. Thank you bunch , I'm a happy customer and for sure definitely coming back.”
