“I was in a bind for a last minute birthday request for my daughter. She wanted to upgrade her IPhone 13 mini, as an Android user the only way to truly upgrade an IPhone is to switch to Android, but I digress.
The gentleman worked with me to find a way to purchase her phone and keep my service cost with a couple of pennies from where it already was.
That is a cellular miracle nowadays. I am very thankful. I don't remember his name but he even switched her service and she didn't even know before I got a chance to present it to her at home an hour later. With a teenager I consider that a birthday miracle.”

“I’ve been going to Griffin Stereo since the Late 80’s and I’ve never had a bad experience with them. People on here complaining about the service but I bet at the end of the day it’s not Griffin Stereo’s fault. You can tell by reading their complaints that they have no clue about anything. This place is top notch and have always treated me good. I’ll use them as long as they are in business. You wanna be treated bad go to the Bass Station.”

“Jessica and her team did an excellent job. They truly went above and beyond. My family and I had a limited amount to work with. I thought it wouldn't work out but Jessica pull it off. We only paid a few bucks more then our limit. Got two phones and two lines started when we thought we could only get one, if any. We had our 5 little ones in the store with us and they were so friendly and caring towards our kids. I was able to focus on the transaction while My Husband and the other two lady's talked and kept the kids distracted. Jessica was able to get our total down a pretty good bit and did it all pretty fast too. All 3 lady's know how to do their job very well and with kindness ? ❣️ Thank You Jessica and team. 8/24/26.”
