“I want to give a HUGE shoutout to the Verizon team in Griffin, GA (Store 2252601).
From the moment I walked in, every representative was welcoming even while assisting other customers, they made sure to acknowledge me. That alone stood out.
I had the pleasure of working with on March 19, 2026, about an hour before closing. I had been dealing with an ongoing issue for 2–3 weeks trying to transfer my services back to Verizon from AT&T. I had spoken with multiple representatives over the phone with no resolution and was honestly at the point of giving up.
Therrick completely turned that experience around.
He took the time to review my account notes, quickly understood the situation, and got to work. He explained everything clearly, walked me through each step, and made sure I understood what was happening. He helped successfully port my number back, set up my Bring Your Own Device, added my Apple Watch, and even got me set up with Verizon Home Internet.
He also made sure I was on the best plan possible comparable or better than what I had before and explained everything in a way that made sense.
What really stood out was his patience, knowledge, and ability to make a frustrating situation feel easy. I left the store fully set up, confident, and honestly relieved.
