“I contacted Jeff do a replacement antenna installation for an antenna that was already installed. Jeff was right on time and went above and beyond testing different locations to determine the best location for the new (supposedly better) antenna. Turns out that the old antenna received a stronger signal than the new one. Jeff added a preamp to the old, tweaked the alignment, added grounding and answered all of my questions.
