“I was in a bind for a last minute birthday request for my daughter. She wanted to upgrade her IPhone 13 mini, as an Android user the only way to truly upgrade an IPhone is to switch to Android, but I digress. The gentleman worked with me to find a way to purchase her phone and keep my service cost with a couple of pennies from where it already was. That is a cellular miracle nowadays. I am very thankful. I don't remember his name but he even switched her service and she didn't even know before I got a chance to present it to her at home an hour later. With a teenager I consider that a birthday miracle.”

“Sally was extremely helpful, she took her time to write down all of the numbers and talked through exactly what everything was for. Thank you so much again for helping me and my mom. :)”

“We thought our antenna was out. Jeff came, very promptly, checked it out and found that replacement of an inexpensive part solved the problem. He is prompt, efficient, friendly and honest. Do not hesitate to recommend him!”

“Andrea (hope this is your name)deserves a raise. She was handling easily 3-4 things at a time all while staying calm and assisting effectively. I did not see manager on her badge which was weird to me because the other two associates were fairly new and had plenty of questions. Mind you no complaints from me. All while two new associates were in the store who had a bunch of questions one person made it five stars. Andrea( I hope I got that name right). She needs to be amazing manager. If not here she would do amazing things in an open manager position. I say this as an old Verizon third party employee lol.”
