“I just moved in a couple weeks ago and when I did the first walkthrough Emma said there had been a leak from somewhere and the cost carpet was soaked. The maintenance crew was in there trying to dry it out. Fast forward to move in day....I noticed the carpet was soaked again so I put in a request and it was addressed immediately. Thought the problem was resolved but alas, no. Also was having water seep up from floor in bathroom. Situation also addressed....thought resolved, alas, no. Charles Smith and his crew were extremely professional and handled my concerns with care. Eventually they figured out the problem was a busted pipe in the wall in the closet and a cracked phalange under the toilet. With the help of a plumber and contractor, they resolved both issues. Kudos to their determination to figure out such an odd problem!! And Kudos to Ashley and Emma for putting up with my constant calling! So far, very impressed with the level of service from everyone involved!”
“Mr. David Gordon provided outstanding service! I had a leak in my dishwasher, and while another technician said a part was needed, Mr. Gordon quickly fixed the issue without any part at all. He was courteous, attentive, and even shared local tips since we’re new to the area. My dishwasher now works perfectly—highly recommend his work!”

“I moved my mobile home in over10 years ago 2012. I like the area because it's quiet, safe to live in,diverse, and the neighbors are friendly. We have each other backs. It is close to Fort Gordon and all shopping areas. The manager is a very friendly person, and I might add that there is three other mobile home parks to see after. The management have a lot on their plate. So please understand what the management is up against.”
