We moved into our apartment around September 2023 and staff made sure that we were completely satisfied with our apartment choice. To date, their concern is still the same. Maintenance will come to make repairs and is genuinely concerned about our issues.This was our first apartment rental and it was been a great overall experience for us! “I’ve been in this community for 7 years and what I love about this community is anytime a work order is submitted the maintenance ppl jump on the repairs and I find that to be amazing bc usually for any apartment complex it will take a week or even months for repairs. I also love how the leasing office is very friendly and they open to any suggestions and that they value their tenants. What I dislike like is the neighbors throw trash on the grounds near the parking area, how anybody can tail u in to gain access to the property, that they should have onsite security at the gate but they didn’t but overall a quiet and pleasant place to stay just minor issues”

“I moved my mobile home in over10 years ago 2012. I like the area because it's quiet, safe to live in,diverse, and the neighbors are friendly. We have each other backs. It is close to Fort Gordon and all shopping areas. The manager is a very friendly person, and I might add that there is three other mobile home parks to see after. The management have a lot on their plate. So please understand what the management is up against.”
