“Went in earlier this afternoon I wish I would have got his name it was a middle age black male. I just want to make sure he gets credit for this compliment. I walked in he greeted me in the friendliest manor then helped me find 2 items I couldn’t find and was so uncommonly friendly. This man needs kudos for his friendly professional service because I shop a lot of places and this is RARE!!!! Customer service has gone down the hill. “Store Manager Lady Kantina is a awesome asset to Dollar General. From my dealings with her and staff/manager I feel like I'm shopping amongst friends. I sometimes get to loud I feel so comfortable. I reign it in. I enjoy each and Everytime I visit. I can remember a time when store felt like customers/employees were sour... Having personalities of a door knob. Now we are greeetted with happy smiling employees.... Changing moods literally.... Great job!”

“I've never had an issue here. As long as you follow their reasonable rules and are going in just for the thrill of the hunt, then it's great. I normally don't go around the holidays simply because it does get a lot of people in to search for a handful of specific premium items. I would say maybe don't go with your kids if it is a Friday or Saturday morning, because it is chaos with people rushing to get the deals. Overall though, I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff are friendly and it is an enjoyable part of my weekends.”
